The Nigeria Isuzu rear loader truck is refitted based on the ISUZU ELF 4x2 chassis. The refit part includes garbage collection assembly, actuator device and operation system.

◆  Garbage collection assembly: High Strength steel material tanker body for garbage storage, with tailgate, slide plate, scraper, push plate and tilting device to realize garbage loading and unloading working.

◆   Actuator device: includes power take off, drive line, etc., which can pass the power from the chassis to the gear pump.

◆  Operation system: including CAN Electric control system (Main control box in cabin & Rear control box at side of tailgate) and Hydraulic Joystick control system, this helps come to all special functions’ convert.

The Nigeria Isuzu rear loader truck working steps:

1. Work preparation

①Place the transmission handle in neutral and start the engine.

② After the engine has been running for about 2 minutes, when the air pressure gauge indicates above 6.5 Turn on the power take-off), turn on the power, and the oil pump will start running. At this time, the control width is in the neutral position and the hydraulic system is in an unloading state.

③ Turn on the power switch on the operation panel, the power indicator light will light up, and you are ready to work.

2. Garbage loading operation

Place the loading and unloading selection switch on the operation panel in the cab to the loading operation position, and the loading indicator light will turn on.

①Single loop

Click the single cycle buttons on the button boxes on both sides of the rear loader of the garbage truck to enter the single cycle loading mode.

② Continuous cycle

Click the continuous cycle button on the button box to enter the continuous cycle loading mode.

③ Continuous cycle stop: Click the continuous cycle stop button on the button box to stop the continuous loading action of the garbage truck.

④Emergency stop

In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button and the scraper and skateboard will stop working immediately at any position.

Note: 1) When performing "Single Cycle" work, if you need to stop a certain action, you can click the "Single Cycle" button to move to the next action.

          2) When the garbage is loaded until the upward movement of the sliding plate cannot reach the top dead center, it means that the garbage has been loaded                 and cannot be forcibly loaded any more. The work should be stopped immediately to avoid overloading.

When the garbage truck is not loading and unloading garbage, the power switch on the operation panel should be turned off.

3. Rear flip mechanism for loading garbage (optional)

①,Place the loading and unloading selection switch on the operation panel in the cab to the loading position, and the loading indicator light will turn on;

②Twist the "flip" knob switches on the knob boxes on both sides of the filler to operate the flip mechanism. According to the markings on the button box, the flip frame can be raised, lowered and stopped.

4. Garbage disposal operations

Connect the power take-off as described above and turn on the power switch on the operation panel.

① Turn the loading and unloading selection switch on the operation panel in the cab to the unloading position, and the unloading indicator light will be bright.

②. Twist the lift switch of the filler to the "lifting position" (twist it by hand), the filler starts to lift. When the filler lifts to the end, release the lift switch of the filler to stop lifting:

③. Turn the button of the push shovel switch to the "pull out position" (twist it by hand), and the shovel begins to discharge the garbage. After the garbage is discharged, release the "button" and twist the push shovel switch to the "return position" (by hand). Twist), the shovel begins to return. After the shovel returns to the position, release the switch:

④. Twist the lift switch of the filler to the "lowering position" (hold it by hand), and the filler begins to descend. After the filler is in place and the hook is locked, release the lift switch of the filler to complete the discharge operation.

5. After unloading is completed, lower the bucket body to the restoration position, turn off the power take-off, and complete the operation.
