Product Application Tips
When using Isuzu diesel tanker trucks to store and transport oil, you need to pay attention to the following safety matters:
1. Control of combustibles: Oil spillage from the tankers must be prevented. Any oil leaks or spills that occur during the loading and unloading of oil must be promptly removed and dealt with. It is strictly prohibited to pour oil, sludge, waste oil, etc. into the sewer after unloading the oil from the tanker truck. They should be collected and placed in a designated location for proper disposal.
2. Cut off the source of fire: It is strictly prohibited to bring matches, lighters or other fires into the oil depot, oil product storage area, and oil product receiving operation area. Strictly control the flow of fire sources and open flame operations. Before trucks enter the warehouse, a fireproof cover must be worn on the exhaust pipe. The engine must be turned off immediately after parking. It is strictly forbidden to repair the vehicle in the warehouse, and it is not allowed to start the engine during work.
3. Remove all flammable materials: All flammable materials must be removed near oil tanks, warehouses, pump rooms, oiling rooms, oil blending workshops and other buildings.
4. To prevent combustion and explosion caused by sparks caused by metal friction: Strictly implement the relevant regulations on entry and exit of warehouses and working areas. It is prohibited to wear nail shoes or shoe irons to enter the oil depot, and it is not allowed to climb oil tanks, or step on oil drums, and mules, horses, and iron wheels are prohibited from entering the depot.
5. Oil-soaked cotton gauze, oil rags, oil gloves, oil paper and other items used in the maintenance and upkeep of oil tank trucks should be placed in a covered iron bucket outside the work room and removed in time.
