Customized 4×4 drive model, stainless steel sewage tank is optionalWith the rapid development of cities, human life has become more convenient, but it has also brought about problems of environmental pollution and ecological damage. Urban garbage pollution and the damage it causes to the ecosystem have become a real problem that cannot be ignored in the process of human urbanization. The emergence of rear loading garbage trucks brings hope to solve this problem that plagues urban development.
Rear loader trucks, also known as garbage compactor trucks or refuse compactor trucks, are special vehicles specially used for collection, transportation and unloading operations. Through the rear-mounted tailgate, the garbage is pushed into the compactor box, so that the garbage is distributed evenly in the box at a high density until it is full. This garbage collection and transportation method is currently widely used in the world. The functions of its special devices are powered by automobile engines and are realized manually or electronically through hydraulic mechanisms.
The compactor body, tailgate and sewage tank of the ISUZU NKR rear loaders are all made of high-quality carbon steel plates with fully sealed and welded structures, which have the advantages of high strength, light weight, and no secondary pollution. Its emergence not only improves the efficiency of garbage disposal, but also brings more protection to our urban environment.

Diagnosis and solutions to hydraulic system
faults of compressed garbage trucks
When the hydraulic mechanism is not working
properly, you should first check whether the power take-off is correctly
engaged, whether there is sufficient hydraulic oil in the tank, and whether the
oil pipe ball valve is fully open.
1. If the hydraulic mechanism does not
work, follow the following steps to check.
a. Is there sufficient oil in the hydraulic
oil tank? If it is insufficient, add hydraulic oil;
b. Observe whether the oil inlet pipe from
the fuel tank to the oil pump is deflated due to aging. If this occurs, the oil
inlet pipe should be replaced.
c. Check whether the gear pump fails. Check
the pressure gauge, tighten the pressure regulating bolt, and observe whether
the gauge reaches the specified value;
d. If the specified oil pressure still
cannot be reached after all the pressure regulating bolts are screwed in, the
gear pump has failed and the gear pump must be replaced;
e. If the gear pump is working normally,
the spool of the multi-way reversing valve is blocked. The valve core should be
removed, cleaned of impurities, and reinstalled before use.
2. The hydraulic mechanism works but is
powerless.
Check whether the gear pump fails and
whether the system pressure reaches the specified value.
3. The hydraulic mechanism slows down
