On September 10, 2025, 5 units 6cbm garbage compactor upper body kits departed smoothly from Shanghai Port, embarking on their journey to Manila Port,Philippines. These upper body kits were purchased by a large waste disposal company in Manila and assembled on locally purchased chassis. The client had high expectations for the tops and was looking for a manufacturer with many years of experience in garbage truck production, offering top-tier design, quality, and performance. After discovering our POWERSTAR website through an online search and engaging in multiple rounds of communication, the client ultimately chose to purchase this batch of compressed garbage truck upper assemblies from us. Rapid urbanization and rising consumption levels have led to a surge in garbage volume, creating an urgent need for more waste management institutions to participate. Consequently, the demand for various types of garbage trucks, including compressed garbage trucks, hook-lift garbage trucks, and swing-arm garbage trucks, has been steadily increasing among these institutions. Based on these circumstances, the Metro Manila Development Authority decided to purchase a batch of compressed garbage truck upper assemblies and, after thorough consideration, ultimately chose to buy 5 units such rear loader upper body kits from us, POWERSTAR. This 5 units waste compactor upper parts uses a 6-cubic-meter arc-shaped carbon steel box body, which has been treated with anti-corrosion and rust prevention, making it sturdy and durable. The tailgate is equipped with a bucket-hanging flipping mechanism that is suitable for 240L/660L standard trash cans. The flipping and dumping of garbage are driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The vehicle is equipped with three control systems: the cab electronic control box, the manual hydraulic lever on the driver's side, and the tailgate electronic control box. The compactor mechanism uses bidirectional compression technology, and achieves efficient compression (compression ratio ≥3:1) through the linkage of the scraper and slide plate. It has a large loading capacity, and the tailgate hydraulic locking device is equipped with a sealing strip to prevent sewage leakage during transportation.
