45M Isuzu Giga truck mounted aerial working platform is a fully rotating, multifunctional engineering work vehicle designed to safely and smoothly send workers to high altitudes for various operations, such as maintenance, installation, cleaning, photography, shipbuilding, chemical industry, electricity, pruning, replacement of street lights, etc. This product is manufactured based on the chassis of QL1180JQFRY Isuzu giga truck chassis. Preparation stage:

Choose a suitable working position to ensure that the ground is solid and flat without dark ditches or holes.

Check whether the outriggers, booms, working buckets and other parts are intact, without damage or abnormality.

Start the vehicle and check whether the hydraulic system and electrical system are working properly.

Outrigger operation:

Operate the combined control valve of the vehicle to extend the outriggers and level the vehicle.

Boom operation:

Manual operation

Boom operation:

According to the needs of the operation, first unfold the small arm, then extend the second arm and the large arm.

During the lifting and lowering process, each arm should be raised and lowered alternately until the required height and position are reached.

Two-way operation can be performed through the combined operating valve on the vehicle (swing arm seat operating platform and hanging rail operating platform).

Working bucket operation:

After entering the working bucket, the staff must fasten their seat belts.

Open the reversing valve stem at the left end of the swing arm operating valve to allow the fluid to enter the hanging rail operating valve through the valve body and complete the operating procedure shown on the hanging rail sign.

End of operation:

After the operation is completed, retract each lifting arm to the driving state.

Turn off the power switch and cut off the power.

Electronic control operation

Get off the vehicle: Same as manual operation, pay attention to the leveling of the outrigger and the vehicle.

Get on the vehicle operation:

Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, indicating that the power supply is normal.

Toggle the command switch, and then toggle the stepless throttle valve joystick to produce action.

Specific operations can be performed through turntable operations such as hanging rail operations.

Precautions

Pre-operation inspection: Before operation, you should carefully read the instructions, understand the driving and use requirements, and master the driving performance parameters of the whole vehicle. Check the fuel tank oil level, hydraulic oil level, etc. to ensure that the oil volume in the hydraulic tank reaches the specified value. Check whether there are any missing tools or items in the work platform and remove them in time. Check whether the outriggers are fully retracted and whether the power take-off lever has disengaged the power take-off gear from the vehicle gearbox.

Choice of work location: The maximum allowable inclination angle of the workplace ground should comply with regulations. When working on the road, the vehicle body should be kept at a certain distance from the edge of the road, and the hazard warning signal lights should be turned on in time. Avoid working in areas with fire and explosion hazards and corrosive environments. Pay attention to the temperature range and relative humidity requirements of the work vehicle. It is prohibited to work when the light is dim or the visibility is low, and the wind force exceeds the specified level. When there are wires passing through the working range, a sufficient safety distance should always be maintained.

Safe operation: It is strictly forbidden to overload the work, and it is strictly forbidden for the operator to perform aerial work without a safety belt.
