The rear flip mechanism of an Isuzu garbage compactor truck is usually located at the rear of the truck, and it uses mechanical or hydraulic devices to flip the garbage can or garbage bucket. When the garbage can or garbage bucket is lifted to a certain height, the rear flip mechanism will flip it over and pour the garbage into the garbage bin. This process is usually automatically controlled, which can greatly improve the efficiency of garbage collection.
The common rear flipping mechanisms of Isuzu garbage compression trucks are as follows:
1. Bucket flip mechanism
This mechanism is usually used for loading small trash cans or standard trash containers. It can fix hanging buckets of different specifications, such as 120L, 240L, 300L, 660L, etc., through the flip frame, and is suitable for garbage transfer in urban areas such as streets and communities.

2. Triangle bucket semi-sealed flip mechanism
It is also called a small floor bucket, dustpan bucket or semi-sealed garbage bucket. This mechanism can flip the garbage poured into the garbage bucket and then pour it into the garbage filler to prepare for subsequent compression operations. The triangular bucket can be manually shoveled into the bucket, or a fixed plastic bucket device can be installed to achieve a variety of different loading methods. It is suitable for garbage transfer in small garbage transfer stations.
3. Large floor bucket fully sealed flip mechanism
This mechanism is suitable for large-scale application scenarios such as large garbage transfer stations and landfills. The area of the large floor bucket is larger than that of the triangular bucket, and the amount of material loaded at one time is larger, but it cannot be equipped with a fixed plastic bucket fixing device like the triangular bucket

4. Swing Arm Flip Mechanism
Install a swing arm device and cooperate with the swing arm bucket to pour the garbage into the box. The swing arm mechanism is very suitable for garbage transportation in remote areas with sparse population and can greatly reduce the workload.

5. No Rear Flip Device
The vehicle can only perform compression and unloading functions, and the garbage needs to be dumped manually or in conjunction with ordinary garbage trucks and loaders.

The working principle of the rear flipping mechanism of the garbage truck mainly relies on the hydraulic transmission system to realize the flipping of the garbage can or garbage bucket and the loading of garbage.
Working principle of hydraulic transmission system
1. Power source: The power of the hydraulic transmission system usually comes from the engine of the garbage truck, which is transmitted to the gear pump through the transmission, power take-off and other devices to provide high-pressure oil for the hydraulic system.
2. Oil circuit distribution: After the high-pressure oil enters the multi-way reversing valve, it is distributed to the corresponding oil circuit according to the operator's control to drive different hydraulic cylinders to work.
3. Flipping action: When the operator starts the flipping mechanism, the hydraulic cylinder will receive the power of the high-pressure oil and push the flipping mechanism to flip. In this process, the telescopic movement of the hydraulic cylinder is transmitted to the garbage can or garbage bucket through the connecting rod, hinge and other mechanisms, so that it can complete the flipping and unloading action.
4. Reset and lock: After completing the flipping action, the hydraulic cylinder will perform a reset movement to return the garbage can or garbage bucket to its initial position. At the same time, the locking mechanism will lock the flipping mechanism to ensure that it will not accidentally flip during transportation.
