Detailed Steps for Operation for ISUZU GIGA 380HP water fire fightingtruck------to use for Water Pump In process:
1 When PTO is ON and side Control Panel is working
2 Press the Button 4 to make the rear Control Panel power on for working
3 Connect the DN150 pipeline with rear suction Water Inlet Joint, make it fasten, the other side of pipeline connect with water filter, then put inside river or pool
4 Press Button 2 ON to make the Tank Inlet Valve open, as picture showing
5 Close the Water Outlet Control Valve as picture showing
6 Close all outlet valves at two sides, also top fire monitor
7 Close all the rear and side water spraying nozzles
8 Close the pump drain ball valve, which below the pump at platform
9 Open the Vacuum Pump Water Valve, this to suction empty to make water suction into the water tanker under negative pressure
10 Press the Button 3 ON, the vacuum pump start working, checking if the Vacuum Pump Water Valve transparent pipeline have water, when the transparent pipeline full of water, means the suction process succeed, then can turn off the Button 3, check the rear tanker of water level gauge, when it is full of water, turn off the truck PTO to finish water pump in process.

Detailed Steps for Operation for Isuzu fire engine water tanker------to use for Water Pump Out process:
1 When PTO is ON and rear Control Panel is working
2 Press the Button 4 to make the rear Control Panel power on for working
3 Carefully checking the rear part tanker Water Level Gauge full of water or at least with liquid inside
4 Press Button 1 ON to make the Tank Outlet Valve open, as picture showing
5 Close the Water Inlet Joint as picture showing
6 Close the Water Inlet Control Valve
7 Close the Pump Drain Ball Valve, which below the pump at platform
8 Turn on the Fire Monitor control valve, used for water jetting
Valve UP Position: Fire Monitor is ON
Valve DOWN Position: Fire Monitor is OFF
9 Optional to Turn on the 4 sets Outlet valve, and connect with pipelines for water jetting, 4 valves can be control separately
10 When Water Level Gauge is reach to bottom, turn off the Button 1
11 Pressure the clutch panel, turn off the PTO button, indicator light off, then stop the truck engine
12 Turn on/off the fire monitor control valve UP and DOWN 2-3 time, which can make sure no stock inside, then reset the Fire Monitor position to make it suitable for driving
