Fire trucks factory hydraulic performance testing device (Also named fire fighting truck hydraulic pressure testing device or Fire truck upper assembly hydraulic performance tester) has met the urgent needs of fire brigades. The testing device, through remote control and adjustment of the test pipeline, monitors in real time parameters such as the flow rate, pressure, vacuum, and speed of the fire pump used in the fire truck, as well as the operating temperature of the fire truck's power output device. This provides sufficient and detailed evidence for analyzing and evaluating the hydraulic performance of the fire truck and the reliability of related components.

Usage Features
(1) Convenience
Simply connect the sensors and test pipelines in the testing device to the components or parts of the fire truck being tested. No modification to the vehicle's existing pipelines is required to measure the hydraulic performance parameters of the fire truck under various operating conditions.
(2) Automation
When using the testing device, all parameter values measured by each sensor can be displayed directly or indirectly on the control cabinet via secondary instruments. Operators can control the terminal through computer software settings to achieve automatic recording of all data.
(3) Expandability
The testing device has strong expandability. By utilizing existing test pipelines, test instruments, and test methods, and by modifying or adding certain equipment, it can meet the testing requirements of more fire truck products in different environments. For example, it can be used to test the flow rate and pressure loss of long-range water supply fire trucks in the field, and to test the performance indicators of water, foam, and air in compressed air foam systems.
Device Composition
(1) Overall Layout
The overall layout of the device should be adapted to local conditions, rationally planned while meeting testing requirements, achieving the dual effects of space saving and ease of use.

(2) Basic Dimensions
Based on testing needs, the testing device should be built in a relatively large indoor space. Simultaneously, to meet the parking and testing needs of different types of fire trucks, and to reserve sufficient space for the monitoring area, the recommended dimensions for all areas of the testing device are as follows:
1. Length
Considering factors such as the current length of fire trucks, the location of test pipelines, and the location of parking tests, the length of the area should be ≥20m.
2. Width
Considering factors such as the current width of fire trucks, the space for fire truck relocation, the location of test pipelines, and the location of parking tests, the width of the area should be ≥12m.
3. Height
Considering factors such as the height of fire trucks and the working surface height of the overhead crane, the height of the area should be ≥6.5m.
