ISUZU GIGA water tank foam fire truck is a fire truck equipped with a fire pump, a water tank, a foam liquid tank and a water-foam liquid mixing device. It can not only extinguish fires with water as the main fire extinguishing medium, but also produce foam by mixing foam liquid, and use foam as the main fire extinguishing medium to extinguish flammable liquid fires. Here below showing to the end user how to use the Isuzu GIGA water foam fire engine:
Main introduction of the ISUZU Giga fire tender rear control panel:
Indicator 1 PTO Indicator, when Step 1 succeed, the indicator is ON
Button 2 Press to make the equipment box LED light on, special used for night working
Button 3 Push to make vacuum pump working, special used when suction water into the fire truck tanker
Button 4 Press to make the outside LED light on, special used for night working or warning
Button 5 Main power switch, press this button the make control panel working, then can use other buttons
Switch 6 Throttle Control switch, when doing above notice, the inside cabin chassis accelerator panel not working, this button is working, clockwise rotation this switch to make engine speed higher, then make working powerful
Button 5 Emergency button, press to make all working stop when there is an emergency
Detailed Steps for Operation Isuzu GIGA fire engine------to use for Water Pump In process:
1 When PTO is ON and rear Control Panel is working
(Specially Accelerator Switch 6 is working)
2 Press the Button 5 to make the rear Control Panel power on for working
3 Connect the DN150 pipeline with rear suction joint, make it fasten, the other side of pipeline connect with filter, then put inside river or pool
4 ONLY Open the Water Inlet Control Valve as picture showing
5 Close the Water Outlet Control Valve as picture showing
6 Close all outlet valves at two sides, also top fire monitor
7 Close the whole Foam System Valves
8 Close the rear mounted water tank and foam tank drain outlet valves
9 Close the pump drain ball valve, which below the pump at platform
10 Open the Vacuum Pump Water Valve, this to suction empty to make water suction into the water tanker under negative pressure
11 Press the Button 5, the vacuum pump start working, checking if the Vacuum Pump Water Valve pipeline have water, when the transparent pipeline full of water, means the suction process succeed, then can turn off the Button 5, check the screen of water level, when it is full of water, turn off the truck PTO to finish water pump in process.
12 Same process for foam suction into the tank, use foam inlet and outlet valve
13 Also can use fire hydrant for water inside of tanker, or from top manhole

Detailed Steps for Operation Isuzu fire fighting truck------to use for Water Pump Out process:
1 When PTO is ON and rear Control Panel is working (Specially Accelerator Switch 6 is working)
2 Press the Button 5 to make the rear Control Panel power on for working
3 Carefully checking the Control Panel, if the Water Level Gauge full of water and Foam Level Gauge full of foam, or at least with liquid inside
4 Close the Water Inlet Joint as picture showing
5 Close the Water Inlet Control Valve as picture showing
6 Close the Pump Drain Ball Valve, which below the pump at platform
7 Open the whole Foam System Valves, which can make fire truck working with water and foam, adjust the PH64 Foam Proportioner to choose the scale
8 Turn on the Fire Monitor control valve, used for water jetting
Valve UP Position: Fire Monitor is ON
Valve DOWN Position: Fire Monitor is OFF
9 Optional to Turn on the 4 sets Outlet valve, and connect with pipelines for water / foam jetting, 4 valves can be control separately
10 Close the rear mounted water tank and foam tank drain outlet valves
11 When Water Level Gauge and Foam Level Gauge is reach to bottom, turn off the Button 5
12 Pressure the clutch panel, turn off the Accelerator Button, the screen indicator disappears, turn off the PTO button, indicator light off, then stop the truck engine
13 Turn off the Water Outlet Control Valve
14 Turn on the Pump Drain Ball Valve, to discharge all water inside fire pump, specially in winter to avoid frozen problem
15 Turn on the Water Tank Drain Outlet Valve and Foam Tank Drain Outlet Valve, to discharge all water and foam from the tanker
16 Turn on/off the fire monitor control valve UP and DOWN 2-3 time, which can make sure no stock inside, then reset the Fire Monitor position to make it suitable for driving
