The upper structure consists of a box body and a crane. The box body measures 3,580x1,980x800(mm), is made of carbon steel, and side 3mm bottom 4mm thickness. The crane adopts a XCMG SQS68-3 model, capable of lifting a load of 3.2 tons. 

The optional tonnage of Isuzu NPR telescopic crane truck is 2 tons, 3.2 tons, 4 tons, 5 tons, 6.3 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12 tons, 16 tons, 18 tons, 20 tons, 25 tons, and 30 tons.
