2. Working principle of Isuzu mobile water bowser
a. Water Suction Stage
The power of Isuzu mobile water bowser comes from the vehicle engine, which transmits power to the water pump (usually a centrifugal pump) through the power take-off (PTO). After the water pump is running, negative pressure is formed at the water inlet, and water is pumped into the tank through the water suction hose (connected to water sources such as fire hydrants and rivers). The tank is equipped with a filter to prevent impurities from entering, and the water volume is controlled by a liquid level sensor, which automatically stops after the water storage is completed.

b. Spraying operation
●Front flushing function: High-pressure water flows through the front duckbill nozzle (pressure 0.3-0.6MPa) to form a fan-shaped water curtain, with a coverage width of up to 15 meters, which is used for road washing.
●Rear spraying function: The strip spray holes at the rear of the tank spray water evenly, which is suitable for dust reduction operations, and the water volume can be adjusted by the valve.
●High-pressure water cannon: The range can reach more than 30 meters, the mist coverage width is more than 12 meters, and the cannon head can be rolled and adjusted so that the water flow can switch between columnar and mist. The column has a long range and the mist spray is uniform. It is suitable for ground protection, flower and grass watering, ground flushing and irrigation of super-tall trees.
