ISUZU ELECTRIC GARBAGE TRUCKS PROJECT
· Four (4) ISUZU Electric Garbage Compactor Trucks with single axle and electric motor.
· One (01) single axle Isuzu electric truck, with a platform with a load capacity of two point five (2.5) to three (3) tons for the transportation of equipment
· Two (2) DC electric chargers, with two (2) connectors with a total charging capacity of 100kW
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS:
• Provide four (4) Isuzu Electric Garbage Compactor Trucks with single axle and electric motor, with rear-loading compaction boxes with a minimum load capacity of 2.1 tons of urban solid waste, with a rear-loading lifting system (lifter) for 1,100 liter plastic containers to guarantee the optimal provision of the solid waste collection and transportation service in Ciudad Colonial - Santo Domingo de Guzmán - Dominican Republic. The trucks must have a minimum autonomy of 60 km per charge during the battery warranty as indicated in the document.
• Provide one (01) single-axle Isuzu brand electric truck, with a platform with a load capacity of two point five (2.5) to three (3) tons for the transportation of minor equipment in Ciudad Colonial - Santo Domingo de Guzmán - Dominican Republic. The truck must have a minimum autonomy of 100 km per charge during the battery warranty as indicated in the document.
• Supply and installation of two (2) DC electric chargers, with two (2) connectors with a total charging capacity of 100kW. The chargers must be delivered installed and each one must have suSicient capacity to fully recharge two (2) trucks at the same time in a maximum of three (3) hours.
• Execution of pre-operational testing work and commissioning under the supervision of the Contractor's operational personnel and those designated by the Contractor.
• Development of the maintenance plan for a period of ten (10) years and execution of the preventive maintenance program for a period of twelve (12) months for both the vehicles and the compactor boxes as well as the recharging system.
• Have spare parts available for trucks during their average life, estimated at fifteen
(15) years, with the understanding that in no case will the time spent on their supply aSect the operation of the solid waste collection service.
• Provide minimum guarantees for trucks, compactors and loaders. These are indicated in Section III. Scope of Supplies.
• Provide training for agents designated for these purposes.
• All vehicles must be delivered with proof of correct operation of all their components (electric drive, electrical and electronic parts, compactor box, hydraulic system, among others for the correct operation of the vehicles), for satisfactory receipt by the Contractor.

e) FINANCIAL CAPACITY: Present Audited Financial Statements from 2021 to 2023 showing a minimum sales volume of one hundred (100) electric cargo and/or transportation vehicles.
f) EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL CAPACITY: Provide documentary evidence that demonstrates that you meet the following experience requirements: Minimum experience of five (5) years as a manufacturer of electric cargo vehicles and/or urban passenger transport (>12 passengers), verifiable with the corresponding sales contracts or purchase orders, from two thousand nineteen (2019) to two thousand twenty-three (2023) inclusive.
Exceptionally, when the Manufacturer uses one or more entities of its same business group to market its goods in a usual way, the Offeror may prove both the experience of this marketing entity and that of the Manufacturer, demonstrating the relationship between the Manufacturer and the entity whose experience it wishes to assert (parent company or subsidiary), as well as providing conclusive evidence of this link.
g) DOCUMENTARY PROOF demonstrating that they meet the following requirements in terms of experience and quality, as applicable:
• That has quality management system certification for its manufacturing plant (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards or similar).
• That the trucks have ISO 6469 and ISO 15118 certificates, or similar, for the electrical part.
• That the OSeror demonstrates that the electric trucks (chassis, powertrain) to be supplied are not prototypes. This type of truck must have operated commercially for one (1) year in at least one urban or metropolitan area with more than Fifty Thousand (50,000) inhabitants.
• That the fleet in operation of the truck (chassis, powertrain) oSered is at least twenty-five (25) electric trucks in one or diSerent cities. This must be accredited by a certificate from the truck operator.


h) REGARDING CHARGERS
If the manufacturer provides its own chargers, it must prove that they are models compatible with the truck supplied, which constitute a commercial product and not a prototype, and which has closed at least two (2) contracts for the supply and installation of
shippers with freight service or public transport companies.

If the manufacturer does not provide its own chargers and uses a diSerent commercial entity, the manufacturer or the oSeror in question must prove - in addition to what is indicated in the previous paragraph - that the chargers comply with the technical specifications, are not prototypes and that it has closed at least two (2) contracts for the provision and installation of chargers with companies providing freight services or public transport.
Likewise, the marketing entity will provide justification of its experience in the production or supply of chargers for electric vehicles, with a history of at least two (2) years.
