The feed tank of the Isuzu FTR bulk feed truck is mounted on the chassis of the truck. The special facilities consist of the tank assembly, the conveying system (consisting of horizontal unloading system, vertical unloading system and movable unloading system), the bulk feed truck tank hydraulic system (the high-pressure oil pump is connected to the distribution valve through the pipeline. The three output ends of the valve are the angle hydraulic motor, the lifting cylinder and the horizontal unloading, vertical unloading and movable unloading hydraulic motors connected in series), the bulk feed truck tank electric system, the pneumatic compartment mechanism, etc.
There is a gate at the bottom of the tank, and a horizontal screw conveyor (commonly known as a horizontal stirring cage) is installed under the gate. The power is driven by the power take-off from the car gearbox, and then the high-pressure oil pump is driven to drive the hydraulic system. The hydraulic motor of the bulk feed tank drives the blade shaft and blades of the horizontal screw conveyor to rotate through the transmission device, and the feed is output through the movable conveying system (commonly known as a movable stirring cage). A movable unloading auger placed flat on the roof can rotate and lift freely. During transportation, the spiral pipe on the top lies flat on the tank top; when unloading, it is lifted up. The bulk feed tank makes the discharge port at the end of the pipe connect and align with the feed door on the top of the storage tank of the livestock and poultry farm to complete the unloading.
