Chassis and power core
The vehicle is modified based on the Isuzu 700P 4×4 all-wheel drive double-row seat chassis, with a wheelbase of 4175mm, taking into account off-road passability and load stability. Equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 diesel engine, it outputs 190 horsepower and is matched with an Isuzu MLD 6-speed manual transmission. It has sufficient power and smooth shifting, and can easily cope with complex road conditions such as muddy and mountainous areas, ensuring the timeliness of cold chain transportation.
Refrigerated box design
1. Box specifications: size 4800mm (length) × 2350mm (width) × 1900mm (height), volume up to 22.3 cubic meters, meeting the needs of medium and short-distance cold chain distribution.
2. Material and structure:
● Box frame: Made of fiberglass, it is corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, and extends service life.
● Insulation layer: 80mm thick environmentally friendly insulation material, which effectively isolates the external temperature and ensures the constant temperature performance of the cargo compartment.
● Panel structure: FRP (glass reinforced plastic) + PU foam + FRP three-layer composite structure, total thickness 105mm, fully enclosed sandwich design, strong sealing, moisture-proof and leak-proof, energy-saving and consumption-reducing.
3. Door configuration:
● Right single door: with locking mechanism, sealing strip to prevent leakage and cold, convenient for single-side loading and unloading, flexible operation.
● Rear double door: full-size double rear door design, 270° opening, with stainless steel door frame and locking rod, support forklift fast loading and unloading, improve efficiency.
4. Floor design: anti-slip and wear-resistant floor, enhance friction, and ensure the safety of cargo transportation.
5. Loading and unloading assistance: The tail is equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, which can be raised and lowered with one button to reduce the intensity of manual handling and improve loading and unloading efficiency.
Refrigeration system
Equipped with KAIXUE-660 refrigeration unit, the Isuzu 700P cold chain transport truck has precise temperature control and rapid refrigeration functions, with a temperature range of -15℃ to +20℃, optional electronic automatic defrosting, fault alarm, and remote monitoring, low noise design, in line with environmental protection standards, and meets the refrigeration needs of high value-added goods such as fresh food, medicine, and dairy products.
The refrigeration unit of the Isuzu ELF 700P 4x4 7tons frozen truck (such as KAIXUE-660) operates based on the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, and temperature control is achieved through four core steps: mechanical compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation. The specific process is as follows:
1. Compressor operation (mechanical compression)
• Principle: The compressor sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas, compresses it through mechanical structures such as pistons or screws, increases its pressure and temperature, and forms high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
• Function: Provide power for the refrigeration cycle and promote the flow of refrigerant in the system.
2. Condenser heat dissipation (condensation process)
• Principle: After the high-temperature and high-pressure gas enters the condenser, it releases heat and cools and condenses into high-pressure liquid through heat exchange with the outside air or cooling water.
• Function: Expel the heat of the refrigerant from the system to complete the transition from gas to liquid.
3. Throttle valve pressure reduction (throttling process)
• Principle: When high-pressure liquid passes through the throttle valve (or expansion valve), the pressure drops suddenly, and part of the liquid evaporates and absorbs heat, forming low-temperature and low-pressure wet steam.
• Function: Provide low-temperature refrigerant to the evaporator and control the refrigerant flow at the same time.
4. Evaporator heat absorption (evaporation process)
• Principle: Low-temperature and low-pressure wet steam enters the evaporator, absorbs the heat inside the refrigerated box and evaporates, forming low-temperature and low-pressure gas.
• Function: Directly reduce the temperature of the refrigerated box to achieve the refrigeration effect.
5. Cycle restart
• Principle: The evaporated low-temperature and low-pressure gas is sucked back into the compressor to start a new cycle.
• Function: Continuously maintain the low-temperature environment inside the refrigerated box.
Key components of refrigeration units
• Compressor: For example, KAIXUE-660 may use a high-efficiency scroll compressor to provide stable power.
• Condenser: Usually air-cooled, using a fan to accelerate air flow and improve heat dissipation efficiency.
• Throttle valve: Precisely control the refrigerant flow rate to meet different temperature requirements.
• Evaporator: Mostly adopt fin-type design to increase the heat exchange area and improve refrigeration efficiency.
Control and regulation of refrigeration units
• Temperature sensor: Real-time monitoring of the refrigeration box temperature and feedback to the control system.
• Control system: Automatically adjust the compressor speed or throttle valve opening according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature to achieve precise temperature control.
• Protection function: With overload protection, high pressure protection, low pressure protection, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
