Structural Design
Isuzu GIGA 6x4 20cbm side loader rubbish truck collect garbage from the side of the vehicle. The loading mechanism on the side of the vehicle features a retractable arm. When the vehicle approaches a roadside trash can, the arm extends and grasps the can. The arm then lifts and tilts the can, emptying the contents into an opening on the side of the vehicle.
• Front: Integrated lifting lever, tilting mechanism (accommodating 240L/660L standard trash cans), and loading mechanism (a dual-compression design with a scraper and slide plate) enable rapid dumping and initial compression of garbage.
• Rear: The 20-cubic-meter square compression box is welded from high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates. The tailgate is equipped with dual hydraulic seals and an automatic locking device to ensure leak-free transport.
A built-in compactor pusher compresses the garbage loaded by the bucket elevator. The pusher can be operated in either full or partial stroke, allowing for flexible unloading methods. Furthermore, a wastewater tank effectively collects wastewater generated during the compression process, preventing environmental pollution.

1. Garbage Collection and Transportation Process:
• Lifting and Tilting: A hydraulically driven lifting lever lifts the trash bin to the loading port, where the tilting mechanism automatically dumps the trash into the bin.
• Compression: The scraper and slide plates of the loading mechanism work together to compress the trash in both directions, achieving a compression ratio of up to 1:2.5, significantly increasing the load capacity per trip.
• Sealed Transport: When the bin is fully loaded, the tailgate is hydraulically closed and locked, with the sealing strips providing multiple layers of protection to prevent wastewater leakage and odor spread.
2. Power Transmission:
• The chassis engine drives the upper hydraulic pump via a power take-off (PTO), providing power for lifting, tilting, compression, and tailgate opening and closing.
