Structural Design
Isuzu GIGA 6x4 20cbm side loader rubbish truck collect garbage from the side of the vehicle. The loading mechanism on the side of the vehicle features a retractable arm. When the vehicle approaches a roadside trash can, the arm extends and grasps the can. The arm then lifts and tilts the can, emptying the contents into an opening on the side of the vehicle.

• Front: Integrated lifting lever, tilting mechanism (accommodating 240L/660L standard trash cans), and loading mechanism (a dual-compression design with a scraper and slide plate) enable rapid dumping and initial compression of garbage.
• Rear: The 20-cubic-meter square compression box is welded from high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates. The tailgate is equipped with dual hydraulic seals and an automatic locking device to ensure leak-free transport.

A built-in compactor pusher compresses the garbage loaded by the bucket elevator. The pusher can be operated in either full or partial stroke, allowing for flexible unloading methods. Furthermore, a wastewater tank effectively collects wastewater generated during the compression process, preventing environmental pollution.

• Lifting and Tilting: A hydraulically driven lifting lever lifts the trash bin to the loading port, where the tilting mechanism automatically dumps the trash into the bin.
