The Isuzu KV100 aerial work vehicle is modified on the Isuzu KV100 chassis with a 3360mm wheelbase. It is equipped with an Isuzu 4KB1-TCG60 130 horsepower engine and an Isuzu MSB 5-speed gearbox. The upper part is an 18-meter 4-section straight-arm aerial boom mounted on a rotating mechanism that can rotate 360 degrees. The end of the boom is a manned work platform that can carry 200kg. The vehicle is equipped with an aluminum alloy non-slip patterned floor platform, a ladder and pedals for easy access, a tool box, a ground-based electronic control box, and an operator's room with a seat at the aerial turntable. The vehicle is equipped with four front V-shaped and rear H-shaped outriggers with a span of 4m.

• Four-section straight boom design: Maximum operating height 18 meters. Made of high-strength manganese steel, the boom is lightweight and highly resistant to deformation.
• 360° omnidirectional rotation: A high-precision slewing support mechanism is installed at the bottom of the boom, enabling seamless horizontal rotation with a positioning accuracy of ±0.5°.
• Manned platform: The end of the boom is equipped with a 1.2m x 0.8m working platform with an aluminum alloy non-slip patterned floor, rated for 200kg. Guardrails are installed on all sides to ensure safe operation.
Operation and Safety System:
o Dual-mode control: A ground-based control panel facilitates operation from the ground; the aerial turntable operator's cab features an ergonomically designed seat and LCD display, allowing for outrigger deployment/retraction, emergency stop, and boom extension, rotation, and elevation.
o Outrigger Structure: Front V-shaped and rear H-shaped hydraulic outriggers offer a 4m span and a deployment time of ≤30 seconds. Automatic leveling with a spirit level and a safety lock ensure operational stability.
o Auxiliary Facilities: Aluminum alloy non-slip steps ensure safe entry and exit. A dedicated tool box provides convenient storage for onboard tools and materials.
