★. Chassis system
The Isuzu KV100 30-meter aerial work vehicle is modified from the mature Isuzu KV100 Class II chassis and is equipped with a 4KH1CN6HB inline four-cylinder diesel engine that meets the Euro VI emission standards, with a displacement of 3.0L and a maximum power of 132 horsepower/97Kw. It is matched with the original MLD 6-speed manual transmission, adopts a 3815mm long wheelbase design, and the total weight of the vehicle reaches 8280kg. The chassis is equipped with safety configurations such as ABS anti-lock braking system and exhaust brake, taking into account the passability of urban roads and heavy load requirements.
★. Upper structure
●. Telescopic arm system
It adopts an 8-section 18-sided high-strength steel synchronous telescopic arm structure, and the cross-section adopts a unique polygonal design, which increases the torsional rigidity by 15% compared with the traditional hexagonal structure. The precision-machined slider guide system and double-chain telescopic mechanism achieve smooth extension, with a maximum lifting height of 30 meters and a horizontal working radius of 12 meters. An electronic level is configured at the end of the boom to monitor the working angle in real time.
●. Outrigger system
Equipped with four sets of hydraulic two-way telescopic outriggers (up and down + horizontal), driven by eight oil cylinders in total. The front outriggers are arranged in an X shape, and the rear outriggers are H-shaped. The maximum unfolding width of a single outrigger is 4.6 meters. Combined with the independent adjustable functions of up and down telescopic and horizontal telescopic, and the coordinated operation of eight oil cylinders, a separate control hydraulic valve group is adopted. Each outrigger can be adjusted independently, equipped with a digital pressure sensor and an automatic leveling system, and the outrigger ground pressure is ≤0.3MPa. Even if the working ground is uneven or slightly tilted, the outriggers can be precisely adjusted to keep the vehicle absolutely level, greatly reducing the risk of shaking and rollover during operation, and providing reliable protection for the personal safety of operators and the quality of operation.

• Turntable cab: allows operators to feel as if they are in the "command center", to intuitively feel the vehicle status and accurately control the operation, especially suitable for tasks that require real-time observation of the operation site
• Ground control box: provides convenience for personnel who command and assist operations on the ground, so that they can adjust the operation parameters in time according to the needs of the site;
• 2.4GHz wireless remote control: effective control distance of 50 meters, with automatic protection function of signal loss, operators can flexibly control the work platform at a safe distance, greatly reducing the risk of high-altitude operations and improving the safety and efficiency of operations.

Use load-sensitive variable pump + gear pump dual hydraulic system, working pressure 28MPa. Equipped with emergency manual pump, the arm can be manually retracted when the engine fails. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a temperature sensor and a liquid level alarm device. Equipped with a two-way hydraulic lock, a two-way lock balance valve, and a liquid flow valve, the switching is smooth and the operation is flexible and convenient; the outrigger and the working arm are interlocked, safe and reliable, to prevent misoperation.
