How to operate the Manlift Aerial Work Truck Isuzu NPR ELF 18m from POWERSTAR:

1、When operate ISUZU manlifter trucks, Tighten the hand brake, press the clutch pedal, pulling the gearbox to neutral, at same time pull out the button to coupling the PTO working, then oil gear pump start working, observing if the pump with abnormal noise, vibration, oil leakage or other abnormal situations. Idle vehicle in a few minutes and then operate it in cold weather conditions.

2.1、 Hydraulic Legs Horizontally Stretching

Handle the joysticks 3-6 what labeled as "Level, Vertical", in the position of Level, then toggle the Joystick 2 to Out, legs in moving horizontally. When operation, should read the pressure gauge changes, if the gauge showed pressure increased violently, it means the legs had totally stretched.

After the legs level stretched fully, free the joystick 2 which labeled as “Out, In”. Then replace the all four joysticks 3-6 to the middle Neutral position, legs horizontally operation finished.

2.2、 Hydraulic Legs Vertically Stretching

Handle the joysticks 3-6 what labeled as "Level, Vertical", in the position of Vertical, then toggle the Joystick 2 to Out, legs in moving vertically. When operation, should read the pressure gauge changes, if the gauge showed pressure increased violently, it means the legs had totally stretched.

After the ISUZU truck mounted boom lift legs vertical stretched fully, free the joystick 2 which labeled as “Out, In”. Then replace the all four joysticks 3-6 to the middle Neutral position, legs vertically operation finished. Also make sure that chassis frame spring is free, then ready for next step.

3、Truck Panel Operation (Remember to put Joystick 1 at Control Switch place, which means upper platform can working)

Notice:

When lifting up the arm system, firstly small arm then lifting the upper arm and lower arm;

When falling down the arm system, firstly upper arm, then lower arm, finally small arm

3.1 Isuzu Aerial Platform Truck Operation. After the right operation of four hydraulic legs, means the truck already in suitable working situation. Then control joystick 1 to the Control Switch, then operate the Electric Control Box on rotation seat to make aerial platform working.

Please Note:

Step one: Button 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 give the direction for all the system operation.

Step two: Use JOYSTICK to make button 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 working and all the system operation.

Button 1 (HOOK):  Control the Hook

Operate this button to make the Lifting Hook go UP & DOWN!

Button 2 (SCALING ARM): Control the Telescopic arm and hook

Operate this button to make the Lazy Arm go STRETCH & SHRINK!

Button 3 (ENGINE): Control the Truck engine working or not

Operate Ignition Key to start the engine and make aerial working truck to work!

Button 4 (POWER INDICATOR): Indicate the Truck engine working or not

Operate button 3 to make this indicator on

Button 5 (ROTATE): Control the Aerial working platform rotation

Operate this button to make the whole Man Lifter Rotation!

Button 6 (LOWER ARM): Control the 1st Arm

Thirdly operate this button to make Lower Arm at suitable place!

Button 7 (UPPER ARM): Control the 2nd Arm

Secondly operate this button to make Upper Arm at suitable place!

Button 8 (FORE ARM): Control the 3rd Arm

Firstly operate this button to make Bucket at suitable place!

4、 Bucket operation (Similar like the Truck Panel Operation)

Reference to the Isuzu manlifter truck operates shown as above. Corresponding to the action essentials above. Bucket operation, first should manipulate the column switching valve up moved. During operation, operating off legs must always push the valve handle distribution "through the Control Switch", turn the valve operating handle must always be assigned into the "bucket", or bucket truck operator cannot carry out actions on the job.

WARNING: When operating this aerial working truck, the 3rd arm should be lift firstly, and raised the 2nd arm 2 meters approx., finally lift the 1st arm. Then the 3rd arm renewed after. Operations 3rd arm to fold is strictly prohibited

Button 1 (EMGSTOP):  Control the Aerial platform stop working in emergency

Operate this button to make whole truck stop working if emergency!

Button 2 (POWER INDICATOR): Indicate the Truck engine working or not

Operate button 4 to make this indicator on

Button 3 (WORKING LIGHT): Control the Working light in bucket

Operate this button to turn on / off the working light in bucket, especially in night work!

Button 4 (ENGINE): Control the Truck engine working or not

Operate Ignition Key to start the engine and make aerial working truck to work!

Button 5 (FORE ARM): Control the 3rd Arm

Firstly operate this button to make Bucket at suitable place!

Button 6 (UPPER ARM): Control the 2nd Arm

Secondly operate this button to make Upper Arm at suitable place!

Button 7 (LOWER ARM): Control the 1st Arm

Thirdly operate this button to make Lower Arm at suitable place!

Button 8 (ROTATE): Control the Aerial working platform rotation

Operate this button to make the whole Man Lifter Rotation!

5、 Retractable bucket

After operation, firstly turn down the lower arm, upper arm, fore arm and then close. Parked in the lower arm and accurate arm resting on the support after the operation for retracting legs, and then torn off and power take off gear. After all arms & hydraulic legs at suitable place then you can drive.

The JOYSTICKS on Truck Panel & Bucket can control the whole system working. (Please use it with great caution)
