Powerstar's this batch garbage compactor truck upperbody has a volume of 10 cubic meters. It adopts a dual-mechanism hydraulic compression structure of sliding plate + scraper, is suitable for rear-loading garbage feeding, has a sealed storage system, and is equipped with an integrated sewage collection compartment. The compression ratio can reach 1:3.4, and the amount of garbage loaded at one time far exceeds that of ordinary box garbage trucks of the same volume.

▶ Container:
Material: Made of T420 high-strength steel, superior to carbon steel used in the industry. The curved body features a grooved bottom to prevent waste residue and facilitate wastewater drainage.
Bidirectional Compression Structure: Utilizes a bidirectional compression method, achieving a compression ratio of 3-4 times. After compression, the density of municipal solid waste increases from 0.36 to 0.8-0.95 t/m³.
Sealing and Wastewater Collection: The interface between the container body and the filler uses a special rubber sealing strip. Wastewater collection includes a large wastewater tank below the container body and another wastewater tank below the filler.
▶ Hydraulic System:
Utilizes renowned brand hydraulic cylinders from Xiamen Yinhua, oil pumps from Hefei Wanye, multi-way valves from Shanghai Qiangtian, hydraulic piping from a well-known brand, and power take-off units from Zhejiang Jiashan.
Key Safety Design: The filler lifting circuit is equipped with a two-way balance valve, ensuring smooth descent of the filler while preventing sudden drop in the event of a pipe rupture.
The electrical control system adopts a CAN-BUS bus control system; it features fewer wiring connections, a high degree of automation, good reliability, and a low failure rate.
It employs a dual-system control system of photoelectric switches and time, with one-button unloading. The entire filling and unloading operation requires only one operator, and can be performed automatically or manually.

2. Leakage Prevention and Sealing Principle: The body and rear door are fully welded and sealed, with a full-length rubber sealing strip installed on the rear door. The bottom unidirectional guide channel allows only sewage to enter and does not allow backflow, completely preventing leachate leakage.
