▶ Components:
The complete compactor upper structure mainly consists of the garbage container, the compaction and loading mechanism, the hydraulic system, and the electrical control system.
Container Structure:
The container is constructed with a sturdy frame welded from reinforcing beams and high-strength steel plates. The side panels are made of longitudinally seamless, single-piece plates. The upper and lower reinforcing beams are cold-bent into a single unit using specialized equipment, featuring a large radius angle design and no longitudinal welds. The top is a rounded curved surface. The bottom plate and side panels utilize an optimized welding process to prevent leakage. A large-capacity sewage collection tank is located at the lower front of the container, providing enhanced sewage storage capacity. The container has an attractive appearance, is lightweight, has a reasonable stress distribution, and is not easily deformed.
Compact and Loading Mechanism:
Includes the filler, pusher, and tilting mechanism.
• Filler Assembly:
Primarily composed of the loader housing, sliding plate, scraper, etc. The loader slide and lower arc-shaped plate are made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials. The arc-shaped plate has drainage outlets to smoothly guide internal wastewater into the wastewater tank, preventing spillage during transportation. The sliding plate uses integral nylon sliders on both sides, which are self-lubricating, stable, wear-resistant, and durable. The scraper's stress-bearing areas are locally reinforced, resulting in a robust structure and lighter weight.
• Pusher Assembly:
The pusher is constructed from a rectangular steel pipe frame and welded bent plates. Adjustable sealing strips are installed on both sides and the top of the pusher to ensure a proper gap between the pusher and the container. This design not only results in a lightweight structure but also ensures even waste distribution and low residual waste after unloading. The container's rounded top surface design prevents waste from sticking to the walls.
• Tilting Mechanism
The upper structure adopts a hanging bin tipping mechanism, which is made of bent materials and welded profiles. It can tip two 240L or one 1100L standard garbage bins at a time.
• Hydraulic System
Xiamen Yinhua hydraulic cylinders, well-known brand hydraulic pipelines, Hefei Wanye oil pumps, and Shanghai Qiangtian control valve groups provide power for the scraper, pusher, and tipping frame, ensuring stable and powerful operation.
• Electrical Control System
The electrical control system consists of an operating controller, control wiring harness, solenoid directional valves, various travel limit switches, and an emergency stop button. It features both manual and automatic operating modes, controlling the sliding plate and scraper to complete the garbage loading and compression actions. The system is equipped with limit switches, overload protection, and emergency stop safety devices, with interlocked action logic to prevent malfunctions. The control panel has a simple layout, allowing real-time control of the loading cycle, easy troubleshooting, and stable and reliable operation.
