• Hoisting Mechanism (Winder): Employs a piston motor and reducer to drive the drum, ensuring smooth and powerful wire rope winding and unwinding. Standard configuration includes a height limiter (overwind protection), automatically cutting off the lifting action when the hook reaches its limit position to prevent wire rope breakage. The hook is a forged single hook with an anti-disengagement device for safety and reliability.

Safety Valve Assembly

• Balance Valve: Installed on the luffing cylinder and telescopic cylinder to prevent stalling when the load drops;

• Hydraulic Lock: Installed on the outrigger cylinder to prevent sudden retraction of the outrigger in the event of a pipeline rupture;

• Main Control Valve: Shanghai Qiangtian operating valve, providing smooth directional movement and excellent control feel;
