• The vehicle is based on the Isuzu KV600 Class II chassis, with a wheelbase of 3365mm, taking into account both maneuverability and load balance.
• The front axle allows a load of 3 tons and the rear axle 5.28 tons, and the reinforced leaf spring suspension ensures the load stability during garbage transportation.
• Equipped with Isuzu 4KH1CN6HB 132 horsepower diesel engine, displacement 3.0L, maximum power 132 horsepower, strong and stable power output, excellent fuel economy.

Upper structure：large capacity and durable structure
• The upper body adopts 6 square arc carbon steel material trash can. Carbon steel material has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance. It can withstand the heavy pressure of garbage and the erosion of harsh environment, extending the service life of the trash can.
• The tail is equipped with a bucket flipping mechanism, which can be adapted to 120/240L standard trash cans. It can automatically grab, lift and dump through hydraulic drive. The compression mechanism adopts bidirectional compression technology, with a compression ratio of 3:1, which effectively increases the loading capacity. Multi-mode control system
The vehicle is controlled by a PLC electronic control system and provides three operation modes to meet the needs of different scenarios:
1. Cab electronic control box: integrated button panel, which can complete the control of power switch, power take-off, work light, tailgate lifting, loading/unloading mode switching, push shovel push/retract action, tailgate cleaning and other processes with one button
2. Manual hydraulic operating lever (driver's side): mechanical control, control push shovel push/retract, tailgate lifting action, easy to operate
3. Tailgate electric control box: It is convenient for close-range control of loading and unloading, supports single/continuous cycle operation mode, controls the linkage of scraper (press down and rotate up) and slide plate (up and down), can switch between manual/automatic mode, and is equipped with emergency stop function to ensure safety.
The hydraulic system uses a Chinese-made gear pump with a working pressure of 16MPa and a flow rate of 25L/min. It has a quick response and low noise.

2. Working principle for production:

The power of Isuzu KV600 compression garbage truck comes from the engine, which drives the oil pump through the power take-off and transmission shaft to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and distributes hydraulic oil through the multi-way reversing valve to drive each cylinder to work.
●. When filling the garbage, the scraper and slide plate cooperate to first crush and compress the garbage in the hopper for the first time, and then further compact and fill it into the garbage bin, and the shovel retreats to evenly distribute the garbage. During transportation, the garbage bin is completely closed, and the sewage collection tank at the bottom of the filler prevents sewage leakage and avoids secondary pollution.
