The Isuzu 100P sewage suction truck uses an Isuzu 100P chassis with a 3360mm wheelbase. It is equipped with an Isuzu 4JB1CN engine and an MSB 5-speed gearbox. The upper part is a 3-square arc-shaped carbon steel sewage suction tank with anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment. It is equipped with a MORO PM60A vacuum pump, hydraulic oil tank, secondary filter, sewage sight pipe, ladder, tailgate discharge valve, liquid sight glass, and a manual hydraulic operating lever on the driver's side to control the opening and closing of the tailgate and the lifting and lowering of the tank.

After starting the engine, the MORO PM60A vacuum pump operates, extracting air from the tank, creating a negative pressure (up to -0.092 MPa). External atmospheric pressure then forces waste (such as septic tank slurry) into the tank through the suction pipe. A secondary filter purifies the exhaust gas, preventing impurities from damaging the pump. During transport, the tailgate and suction valve are closed to seal the tank and prevent leakage. During discharge, the tailgate is opened using the driver's side manual hydraulic lever, and waste is emptied using gravity or reverse pressure from the vacuum pump. A sight glass displays the liquid level in real time, ensuring safe operation. This design integrates vacuum extraction, hydraulic control, and a corrosion-resistant tank, making it highly efficient and reliable for use in urban pipe networks, septic tanks, and other applications.
