The thickness of the tank is 5mm on the side and 6mm on the bottom. It is equipped with multiple hose reels. 1. Tank system
● Capacity and partition: The 5 cubic meter tank is divided into 5 independent compartments, which store diesel, oil, antifreeze, waste, and grease (Grease Pod). Each compartment is treated with anti-corrosion coating to avoid cross-contamination of media.
● Structural strength: The thickness of the tank side plate is 5mm, and the bottom plate is 6mm. It adopts high-strength steel welding process to withstand high pressure and complex road vibration.
● Safety design: Equipped with liquid level sensor, overflow valve and emergency pressure relief device to ensure safe operation.

2. Pipeline and distribution system
Multi-purpose hose reel (Hose Reels): Each medium compartment is equipped with an independent reel, which supports rapid deployment and storage. The hose length is 15-20 meters, and the pressure resistance level is ≥10MPa, which is suitable for different operating radius requirements.

» Ⅳ.Working principle:
1. Oil filling and recovery
The gasoline/diesel/lubricating oil is pumped out from the tank through the pump group and transported to the target equipment through the hose reel; the waste oil is stored in the Waste bin through the vacuum recovery system.
2. Grease filling
The high-pressure pump pressurizes the grease in the Grease Pod and injects it into the equipment bearings or lubrication points through the high-pressure hose.
3. Emergency operation
The hydraulic welder is driven by the chassis PTO to meet on-site maintenance; the air compressor provides the power source for pneumatic tools; the generator set supports night lighting or power supply for electric equipment.
