» Ⅳ.Working principle:
This vehicle is an engineering vehicle designed based on multifunctional fluid delivery and lubrication services. It drives each subsystem through a pneumatic control system to achieve accurate filling, recovery and circulation management of fuel, lubricating oil, coolant, grease and other media.
1. Power transmission process
● Chassis power output: The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the PTO (power take-off) to provide a power source for the pneumatic system.
● Pneumatic control: Compressed air (provided by the on-board air compressor) drives the solenoid valve group to control the start and stop and flow regulation of each pump.
● Fluid delivery:
▪ Fuel/lubricating oil: The pneumatic gear pump extracts the medium from the tank, and after being measured by the flow meter, it is transported to the target equipment through a hose.
▪ High-pressure grease: The pneumatic plunger pump pressurizes the grease to 15MPa and transports it to the centralized lubrication point through a high-pressure hose.
▪ Waste oil recovery: The vacuum pump generates negative pressure to suck the waste oil into the waste oil tank.
2. System Collaboration
● Multi-media compartment management: The tank body adopts partition compartment design to avoid cross contamination.
● Operation control: The operator can independently select the operation mode (such as diesel filling, waste oil recovery, etc.)
