Interlocking function between the upper and lower vehicles; the upper vehicle's boom cannot move when the outriggers are not fully extended; the outriggers cannot retract when the boom is not fully retracted, preventing accidental operation.
2. Emergency Stop Device:
Three emergency stop buttons are located on the turntable, ground control box, and remote control box, allowing for one-button shutdown of all operations in case of emergency.
3. Overload Protection:
Real-time monitoring of platform load; the system issues an alarm and automatically limits dangerous movements when overloaded, ensuring operational safety.
4. Automatic Leveling:
Employing an electro-hydraulic leveling system, the work platform automatically remains level regardless of boom luffing or extension.
5. Automatic Working Range Limit:
When the boom extends close to its limit, the system automatically decelerates and stops dangerous directional movements to prevent tipping.
6. Emergency System:
Equipped with an electric emergency pump. In case of chassis engine or main hydraulic pump failure, an electric emergency pump can be activated to achieve fully hydraulic electric emergency operation of the entire vehicle, safely lowering the work platform.
7. Outrigger slack detection:
Real-time monitoring of outrigger stress status; alarm and movement restriction are triggered upon detection of outrigger loosening.
