Isuzu 14000 liters combined jetting vacuum truck
This Isuzu 14cbm combined sewer cleaning truck features a 5,000mm wheelbase, equipped with a 4HK1-TCG60 engine, an MLD 6-speed transmission, a Jiashan power take-off (PTO), and a Zhongmei multi-way valve. The upper structure adopts a split-tank design, comprising a 4-cubic-meter front leaning water tank paired with a 3N2 high-pressure cleaning pump and a 60-meter cleaning hose reel, rear is a 10-cubic-meter sewage tank fitted with an SK-12 water circulation pump. The sewage tank supports hydraulic lifting and the rear cover is hydraulically opened.

▶ Superstructure Configuration:
1. Tank Material: Q355 high-strength carbon steel, offering corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and a long service life.
2. Tank Design:
• Dual-Tank Configuration: The vehicle is equipped with two circular tanks—a 4m³ cleaning water tank (4mm thickness) and a 10m³ sewage tank ( 6mm thickness). These tanks operate independently without interference.
• Lifting System: The sewage tank is hydraulically lifted, with a dumping angle of ≥45°, ensuring high emptying efficiency.
• Rear Cover Opening: The rear cover is hydraulically driven and features a wheel-type manual locking mechanism, providing tight sealing and easy operation.
• Cleaning water Tank Access: The top of the freshwater tank is equipped with a DN500 manhole, and an internal ladder is provided for easy access.
3. Safety Design: The side platforms are fitted with mesh guardrails and anti-slip checkered plates to ensure the safety of operators.
▶ Sewage Suction System:
1. Vacuum Pump: SK-12 water circulation vacuum pump
• Air Extraction Rate: 12 m³/min
• Maximum Pressure: 8,000 Pa
• Function: Capable of suctioning sludge containing solid particles and a small amount of moisture.
2. Safety Devices:
• Overflow Prevention: Equipped with a pneumatic anti-overflow valve and a high liquid level alarm in the tank to prevent sewage from entering the vacuum pump.
• Pressure Relief Valve: An safety pressure relief valve is installed to prevent system overpressure.
3. Pipeline Connections:
• Suction Port: DN100 (with quick-connect coupling).
• Discharge Port: DN150 large-diameter discharge port for rapid unloading.
▶ High-Pressure Cleaning System:
1. High-Pressure Pump: Tianjin Tongjie 3N2 triplex plunger pump, with a rated pressure of 24 MPa and a flow rate of 170 L/min, delivering powerful cleaning performance.
2. Hose Reel and Hose: A 60-meter, ∮19 side-mounted high-pressure hose reel, hydraulically driven, equipped with 10 high-pressure nozzles offering multiple spray patterns for versatile cleaning.

Right-side Multi-way Valve: Equipped with a Zhongmei multi-way valve, enabling sensitive and precise hydraulic control. The lifting of the sewage tank, opening/closing of the sewage tank tailgate, and operation of the high-pressure cleaning hose reel are all stable and free from jams.
