The spray gun shape is adjustable: heavy rain, moderate rain, drizzle or haze. » Ⅳ. Weilong 80QZBF-60/90 Water Sprinkler Pump Working Principle:
The core of the Weilong 80QZBF-60/90 self-priming centrifugal pump is centrifugal force. Before starting, a portion of the water is pre-stored in the pump. During operation, the impeller rotates at high speed, mixing the water with the air in the suction pipe to form an air-water mixture, which is then thrown into the air-water separation chamber of the pump body. The air, being lighter, is separated and discharged through the outlet, while the water, being heavier, falls back to the impeller and continues to circulate. This repetitive process rapidly evacuates the air in the pipes, creating a vacuum. Under atmospheric pressure, water from the source is continuously drawn into the pump. Once self-priming is complete, the pump returns to normal water delivery mode, continuously providing high-pressure water for sprinkler operations. Its self-priming nature eliminates the need for frequent priming, making it highly efficient and convenient.
