The Isuzu FTR 8cbm water sprinkler vehicle is modified based on the Isuzu FTR GIGA 4X chassis. It has a 4500mm wheelbase and is equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 205HP engine and an Isuzu MLD 6-speed transmission. The upper body is an 8-cubic-meter fully hot-dip galvanized square tank with two batter sprays in the front and three in the rear. The top of the tank is equipped with a water gun with an electric atomizing nozzle, two independently controlled rear anti-roll bars, a front nozzle in front of the cab, a stainless steel hose reel with a hose and nozzle, all sprays are pneumatically controlled in the cab, a top handrail (optional) and a ladder, and is equipped with a Weilong 80QZF60/90S water pump.

1. Powertrain and Drivetrain
• Engine: Equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 205-horsepower China VI diesel engine, featuring high-pressure common rail, EGR, and DPF technology, balancing power output and fuel economy, meeting Euro VI emission standards.
• Transmission: Equipped with an Isuzu MLD 6-speed manual transmission, it offers smooth shifting.
• Wheelbase: A short 4500mm wheelbase design provides a tight turning radius.
2. Superstructure and Function
• Tank: 8-cubic-meter high-strength steel, fully hot-dip galvanized square tank body offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. A wave-breaking plate is installed inside the tank to reduce liquid sloshing during driving and ensure stability.
• Spray System:
Front Nozzles: Two front nozzles are located in front of the cab, with adjustable spray angles for wide-area road washing. Side and rear spraying: Two battery sprays are located at the front of the tank, and three at the rear, with independent control, to meet side or rear spraying needs.
Water gun and misting nozzle (optional): A high-pressure water gun with a motorized misting nozzle is located on the top of the tank, allowing for switchable column and mist patterns, suitable for landscaping or fine dust suppression.
• Anti-roll bar and hose system:
Two independently controlled rear anti-roll bars enhance the vehicle's roll stability when fully loaded, ensuring safe operation.
