Isuzu KV100 4-cubic-meter joint dredging vehicle is a special vehicle modified based on the Isuzu KV100 chassis, with a wheelbase of 3360mm, designed for urban sewer, pipeline dredging and silt removal operations. The vehicle adopts a split tank structure with a total volume of 4 cubic meters (3 cubic meters of sewage tank + 1 cubic meter of clean water tank), equipped with a dual power take-off system and a multi-functional operating device to meet the needs of efficient operation under complex working conditions.
Upper structure
1. Tank design
● Split structure: The tank is divided into a sewage tank (3 cubic meters) and a clean water tank (1 cubic meter), and the independent compartment design avoids cross contamination.
● Material: The tank is made of high-quality carbon steel (optional stainless steel), which is anti-corrosive and rust-proof, extending its service life.
● Layout: An inspection port is set on the top of the tank for easy maintenance; the bottom is equipped with a drain valve and a quick connector for easy operation.
2. Power take-off system
● Dual power take-off configuration: The sewage tank and clean water tank operating systems are driven separately without interfering with each other.
● Control buttons: Control buttons are set on the left and right sides of the steering wheel in the cab. The left side controls the sewage tank (such as starting and stopping the vacuum pump), and the right side controls the clean water tank (such as flushing operations).
3. Working device
● Weilong vacuum pump: High-efficiency vacuum pump with strong suction force, which can quickly suck sewage and dirt.
● Sewage viewing window: A transparent sewage viewing window is set on the top of the tank body to observe the liquid level and dirt status in the tank in real time.
● Ladder: A folding ladder is equipped on the side of the tank body for personnel to go up and down for maintenance.
● Secondary filter: A secondary filtration system is set in the sewage tank to effectively intercept large particles and protect the vacuum pump.
● Tailgate discharge valve: A quick discharge valve is set at the tail of the tank body to support high-pressure flushing and sewage discharge.
● Reel: Equipped with a 20m high-pressure hose, it supports remote flushing operations and can flexibly respond to different working conditions.
Working principle
The vehicle is modified based on the Isuzu KV100 chassis, and the pipeline is unblocked through the coordinated operation of high-pressure cleaning and sewage suction functions:
1. High-pressure cleaning:
● The clean water tank (1 cubic meter) provides water, which is pressurized by the high-pressure water pump and transported to the blocked area through the high-pressure pipe on the reel.
● The high-pressure water jet impacts the blockage, and cooperates with the rotating nozzle to expand the impact range and flush the dirt to the downstream of the pipeline.
2. Sewage suction function:
● The sewage tank (3 cubic meters) generates negative pressure through the Weilong vacuum pump to suck the flushed dirt and sewage into the tank.
● The secondary filter intercepts large particles of impurities to prevent the vacuum pump from clogging and ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.
3. Collaborative operation:
● High-pressure cleaning and sewage suction are carried out simultaneously to reduce sewage overflow and avoid secondary pollution.
● The tailgate discharge valve can quickly empty the sewage tank to achieve continuous operation.
