The Isuzu 700P 4×4 all wheel drive diesel refueling truck is a professional fueling equipment specially designed for mining and construction sites. Equipped with a 190HP 4HK1 engine and 6-speed transmission, it features a 5 cubic meter carbon steel diesel tank with high-precision flow meter, pneumatic refueling machine, oil gun and spring-rewind hose for accurate and safe fuel dispensing. The rear section integrates a 1.84m³/min screw air compressor to provide auxiliary air supply support.

1. 5 cubic carbon steel diesel tank
• Material technology: The tank body is made of Q235B carbon steel, 6mm thick, with epoxy anti-static paint sprayed on the inner wall and anti-rust paint on the outer wall.
• Structural safety: There is a manhole and handrail/anti-slip walkway on the top of the tank, and a ladder is configured at the tail for personnel to check up and down.
2. Fueling system integration
• Flow meter: Accuracy ±0.5%, supports cumulative flow and instantaneous flow display, and data can be exported to the cab dashboard.
• Refueling machine: Beijing Sanjin refueling machine, equipped with a 10-micron filter, which can filter impurities and automatically shut down to prevent overflow.
• Spring return hose reel: supports automatic retraction and release of 15-meter hose, reducing manual winding time.
• Oil gun: with self-locking function, the gun automatically jumps when the vehicle tank is full to prevent fuel spillage.
• Auxiliary functions: built-in LED work light ; the tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge, and the low liquid level alarm threshold can be set to 10%.
3. Safety protection device
• HALO ROPS (roll cage): located at the front of the upper body, welded with high-strength steel pipes, designed to improve the vehicle's rollover safety.
• Isolator: An insulation isolation module is set between the electrical system and the tank to prevent static electricity accumulation from causing sparks.
• Emergency stop device: The cab and the refueling operation area are equipped with a red emergency stop button, which immediately cuts off the power supply to all pump bodies when pressed.
4.Tail platform: FS-Curtis FAC-18B screw compressor
• Performance parameters: diesel drive, exhaust volume 1.84m³/min, rated pressure 7bar, maximum pressure 9bar
• Noise reduction design: The compressor cabin adopts noise reduction, noise level @ 7 m - 67 dB(A)

» Ⅳ.Working principle:
1. Diesel filling process:
• Engine drives hydraulic pump (or PTO power take-off) → Oil pump draws oil from the tank → Measured by flow meter → Filled to target equipment through hose, fuel dispenser, and fuel gun
• Quantitative mode: The refueling amount can be preset and automatically stops when the set value is reached
• Overfill protection: Liquid level meter monitors the oil amount and alarms when it exceeds the limit
2. Compressed air system:
• Diesel drives air compressor to provide air source for pneumatic fuel dispenser control
