● Tank material and craftsmanship
The upper body adopts a 5 cubic meter 304 stainless steel tank body, which is treated with food-grade anti-corrosion. The inner wall is smooth and has no welds to avoid water pollution; the internal wave-breaking board (compartment partition) is installed, and the external tank body is polished and has strong corrosion resistance. The top of the tank body is equipped with a manhole cover (φ450mm, quick-opening type) and an anti-overflow ventilation device.
● Water pump and pipeline system
◇ Water pump: equipped with a 65SQB-40/50L centrifugal water pump with a flow rate of 40m³/h and a head of 45 meters. It has strong power and can quickly complete pumping and drainage operations.
◇ Interface design: The right side is equipped with a pump inlet and outlet quick interface, which supports external water source or direct pumping from the tank body; there are 3 DN65 standard water inlets at the tail and left and right rear parts to meet the water supply needs of multiple scenarios.
◇ Liquid sight tube and safety device: The transparent liquid sight tube displays the water level in real time for easy operation; a drain valve is installed at the bottom of the tank and an overflow valve is installed at the top to prevent overpressure and ensure safety.
● Humanized operation design
◇ Pipeline storage boxes are installed on both sides of the tank for easy carrying.
◇ A tool box is installed at the left rear of the vehicle for convenient storage of maintenance tools, etc.
◇ A ladder is installed at the rear of the vehicle for personnel to climb to the top for inspection;
