1. Chassis configuration
• Engine: Equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 diesel engine, displacement 5.2L, maximum power 190 horsepower (139kW), peak torque 507N·m, in line with the National VI emission standards, strong power and excellent fuel economy.
• Transmission: Matched with Isuzu MLD 6-speed manual transmission, smooth shifting, adapting to complex road conditions, improving driving stability and controllability.
• Cab: Adopts a double-row 2+3 seat layout, which can accommodate 5 firefighters, meets the needs of team operations, has spacious interior space and high comfort.
2. Upper structure design
• Front equipment box: welded with high-strength steel, with reasonable internal partitions, storing fire axes, shovels, pickaxes, wrenches and other demolition tools to ensure quick access.
• Middle water tank: 5 cubic meters of carbon steel water tank, with internal anti-corrosion treatment.
• Rear pump room: CB10/40 fire pump and control panel (integrated pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, tachometer, water level gauge, as well as lighting, emergency stop switch, electronic throttle, power take-off indicator light, vacuum pump, main power switch and other buttons). The pump room is also equipped with water collector, water distributor, water filter, fire shears, fire hose, fire extinguisher and other fire fighting equipment.
3. Fire fighting system
• Fire pump: CB10/40 fire pump, flow rate 40L/s, head 1.0MPa, supports self-priming, water diversion, high-pressure injection and other operation modes.
• Top water cannon: PS8/30W fire water cannon, flow rate 30L/s, range ≥60 meters, adjustable DC/spray mode, effectively responding to high-rise building fires or large-area fires.
