The water tank of the ISUZU NKR Water Fire Tender is made of high-quality carbon steel with a thickness of 4mm, ensuring durability and robustness. The tank has a designed capacity of 2000 liters, meeting the demands of daily firefighting operations. Particularly in the early stages of fire suppression, it can quickly provide sufficient water to effectively control the spread of flames. The interior of the tank is specially treated to be smooth and free of dead corners, facilitating cleaning and maintenance while ensuring water quality and extending the equipment's service life.
The fire pump is one of the core components of the fire truck. The ISUZU NKR single row fire engine is equipped with a CB10/30 normal-pressure pump. This fire pump features a four-cylinder in-line, water-cooled, direct-injection, turbocharged, and intercooled design, delivering high maximum power. It can pressurize water to 1.0 MPa in a short time, ensuring sufficient range and impact force of the water stream. With a maximum suction lift of 7 meters and a flow rate of 30 L/s, the pump can rapidly establish a water supply system, whether drawing water from hydrants or natural sources, providing strong support for firefighting operations.
The fire monitor is a critical firefighting tool on the ISUZU Mini Fire Tanker Truck, model PS20. This monitor boasts outstanding performance, with a flow rate of 20 L/s and a range of ≥50 meters, enabling quick coverage of large fire areas. The monitor can rotate 360 degrees horizontally and tilt from -35 to +70 degrees vertically, offering flexible adjustment of spray direction to achieve all-around, multi-angle firefighting. Its simple and quick operation significantly enhances firefighting efficiency.
The equipment compartment is an essential part of the ISUZU NKR Light Pumper Fire Truck, providing ample storage space for firefighters' gear. The compartment is rationally organized, categorizing and storing various firefighting tools and equipment, such as hoses, nozzles, demolition tools, and protective gear.
