The ISUZU FTR oil truck is a vehicle specially used to transport oil, diesel, petrol, gasoline, etc. Its structure mainly includes three parts: chassis, tank body and additional devices.
The chassis is the supporting part of the ISUZU oil tanker truck. It includes parts such as the engine, transmission system, frame and tires, which provide power and support for the vehicle. The ISUZU fuel tanker truck is based on the ISUZU FTR special truck chassis, which has good load-bearing capacity and stability.
The tank body is the main part of the ISUZU fuel bowser. It is usually made of high-quality steel plates and is in the shape of an elliptical or a trapezoidal cylinder. The tank body of the ISUZU FTR diesel fuel tanker is divided into 4 compartments. There is a through hole at the lower end of the middle partition board, and a wave-proof plate is welded in the middle of each compartment to reduce the impact of the oil in the tank when the truck is driving and improve the rigidity of the tank body.
Additional devices refer to some devices installed to meet the special needs of oil transportation, such as PTO, transmission shaft, gear pump, fuel pump, pipe network systems, etc. These devices, together with the tank and chassis, realize the functions of storage, transportation and control of oil.
