Isuzu FVZ utility mobile lube service truck
Isuzu FVZ fuel lubrication service vehicle is modified based on the Isuzu FVZ 8X4 GIGA chassis, with a wheelbase of 1850+4575+1370mm, equipped with an Isuzu 6HK1-TCG60 300 horsepower engine and a Fast 9-speed gearbox. The front of the vehicle is equipped with a Halo ROPS (Optional), ISOLATORS & E-STOPS, and the middle is all lubrication tanks, including 850L each of Waste, Transmission Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Engine Oil, Gear Oil, Coolant, and Water, each equipped with a Spring Return Hose Reel with a 15m Hose. The rear is a 6000L diesel tank with a 15m diesel spring return reel and a filling nozzle, a 15m air hose, a spring return reel, and a 15m high-pressure grease hose. The rear platform of the vehicle is FS-Curtis FAC-23B or Puma. P18Y air compressor, vehicle equipped with digital flow meter, rear ladder and tank top handrail, anti-slip walkway.

An air compressor is installed on the rear platform to power pneumatic tools. The vehicle is equipped with a digital flow meter, a rollover protective structure (ROPS), an emergency stop button, and a non-slip walkway, ensuring both safety and ease of operation.

Chassis
• Wheelbase: 1850+4575+1370mm (three-stage layout, suitable for complex road conditions)
• Power system: Isuzu 6HK1-TCG60 inline six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, displacement 7.79L, maximum power 300 horsepower (221kW), meeting the National VI emission standards.
• Transmission system: Fast 9-speed manual transmission with synchronizer, smooth shifting, suitable for multi-condition operation.
Superstructure:
• Front: Optional Halo ROPS (rollover protection structure), equipped with isolators (ISOLATORS) and emergency stop buttons (E-STOPS) to ensure safe operation.

» Ⅳ. Working Principle
1. Power Transmission:
• The chassis engine drives the upper hydraulic pump or air compressor through the power take-off to provide power for lubricant/diesel filling and air supply.
2. Fluid filling system:
• Lubricant/coolant filling: The liquid is transported to the spring return reel through the pump group at the bottom of the tank, the high-pressure hose is connected to the equipment interface, and the digital flow meter displays the filling amount in real time.
• Diesel filling: The 6000L tank is equipped with a self-priming pump, which quickly extends to the equipment tank through a 15-meter reel, and the nozzle design prevents overflow.
• Waste oil recovery: The independent tank works with the vacuum pump to extract the equipment waste oil through the hose to avoid cross contamination.
3. Pneumatic system:
• The tail air compressor generates high-pressure air, which is transported to pneumatic tools (such as air cannons and spray guns) through a 15-meter hose to support on-site equipment maintenance.
