1. Chassis structure and load-bearing capacity
The Isuzu GIGA heavy-duty cold chain transport truck is built on an 8×4 heavy-duty chassis with a wheelbase design of 2100+4325+1370mm and a total mass of 44 tons. The front axle 2 axles can bear 18 tons, and the rear axle single 2 axles can bear 26 tons. With 385/65R22.5 wide-base tires, it ensures stability and load-bearing capacity under complex road conditions.
2. Power system and transmission efficiency
Equipped with an Isuzu 6WG1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 15.681 liters, a maximum output power of 460 horsepower, and a peak torque of 2250 Nm. The maximum torque can be generated in the range of 900-1300 rpm to meet the needs of heavy-load climbing. The transmission system is matched with a Fast 12-speed manual transmission with a full synchronizer design, which improves the smoothness of gear shifting by 30%. At the same time, the fuel consumption rate is reduced by optimizing the gear ratio.
3. Refrigerated box and temperature control technology
The size of the upper cargo box is 8500×2350×2800mm, and it adopts a "sandwich" composite structure: the outer layer is 2.5mm thick fiberglass, the middle is filled with 80mm polyurethane foam insulation layer, and the inner layer is made of food-grade stainless steel. Equipped with a ThermoKing independent refrigeration unit with a cooling capacity of 12.5kW, it can accurately control the temperature within the range of -20℃ to 0℃, with a temperature fluctuation of ±0.5℃, and remote monitoring and fault warning can be achieved through the Internet of Things module.
4. Detailed design:
• Plastic steel patterned plate floor, non-slip and wear-resistant;
• The side of the compartment is equipped with a 30cm apron and a drainage hole in the front;
• The door side strip adopts a labyrinth rubber sealing strip and a bright stainless steel door frame with excellent sealing.
• Optional configuration of the refrigeration system: independent units of brands such as Kaixue and Carrier, or dual-use units for cooling and heating, to meet the needs of different goods.
5. Intelligent loading and unloading system
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic lifting tailgate, with a size of 2400*(600+900)mm and a maximum load of 2000kg (working pressure 18MPa, 24V DC power supply), which greatly improves the loading and unloading efficiency. This design is particularly suitable for operating scenarios without loading and unloading platforms, which not only reduces the intensity of manual labor, but also shortens the turnover time of goods.
