• Engine: Equipped with an Isuzu 4KH1N6HD high-pressure common rail diesel engine, with a maximum output of 150 horsepower;
• Transmission: Matched with an Isuzu MYY 6-speed manual transmission;
• Driving Performance: The maximum design speed can reach 115km/h, meeting the needs of rapid logistics and construction site fuel supply.
▶ Upper Tank Design:
The tank is made of Q235 carbon steel and is specifically designed for fuel (diesel and gasoline) transportation and refueling:
• Volume and Material: 6 cubic meters, carbon steel, 5mm thickness
• Structural Shape: Elliptical structure with baffles, low center of gravity, and good driving stability.
▶ Safety System:
• Subsea Valve (Emergency Shutdown Valve): Installed on the pipeline at the bottom of the tank. In case of emergencies such as collisions, the valve body can automatically detach and shut off the outflow of the medium inside the tank, preventing leakage accidents.
• Subsea Valve Switch (Pneumatic): A control switch is located on the left side of the valve box, which can shut off the unloading pipeline in an emergency.
• Static Electricity Discharge Device: Equipped with a static electricity discharge rubber strip to effectively discharge static electricity generated during loading and unloading.
▶ Oil Pump and Refueling Equipment:
Oil Pump: Utilizes a Chinese-made oil pump with a flow rate of 30 m³/h. The pump boasts stable performance, high oil delivery efficiency, and rapid oil extraction and transfer.
Fuel Dispenser: Equipped with a Censtar fuel dispenser, offering advantages such as accurate metering and ease of operation.

Fuel Reel and Nozzle: A 15M fuel reel paired with a fuel nozzle meets refueling needs at varying distances. The reel is easy to retract and extend, and the fuel nozzle features a comfortable grip and convenient operation, improving both efficiency and safety in refueling operations.
• Piping System: Includes oil- and corrosion-resistant inlet and outlet pipes, ball valves, and a flow meter.

▶ How does the fuel refueling work?
The core is the engine drive the transmission. A PTO mounted on the transmission drives an oil pump, which generates power to pump oil from the tank into or out of the tank via a pipeline network.
★ Oil Suction Process: The oil pump starts, generating suction that connects the mobile refueling truck to an oil storage container (such as an underground oil depot) through pipelines. Under atmospheric pressure, oil is continuously drawn into the tank, preparing it for transportation.
★ Refueling Process: Upon arrival at the designated location, the oil pump restarts, discharging the oil from the tank through pipelines and a refueling nozzle to the receiving equipment (such as a car's fuel tank). During this process, a meter accurately measures the amount of oil dispensed, while the refueling nozzle controls the refueling speed and operation, ultimately completing a safe and accurate refueling operation.
