I. Operational Procedures
Preliminary Preparation
Safety Inspection: Check the hydraulic oil level, tire pressure, outriggers, and telescopic mechanism. Clear any obstacles within a 5-meter operating radius and ensure the ground load-bearing capacity is ≥12 tons/m2.
Environmental Assessment: Operations above 10 meters are prohibited when wind speeds exceed Level 6; maintain a safety distance of 4 meters from high-voltage wires.


Starting the Equipment
Outrigger Operation:
Horizontal outriggers: Extend in the order of right rear, left rear, right front, and left front, ensuring the tires are off the ground.
Vertical outriggers: Level the vehicle body, with a slope of ≤1 degree (blocks are required for slopes >3 degrees).
Power Start: Shift gear to neutral → engage the parking brake → apply the clutch → engage the power take-off → preheat the hydraulic system (pressure stabilizes at 14-16 MPa).
Operation
Remote Control: After connecting the remote control, operate the machine according to the principle of "extending first, then luffing" to avoid exceeding the maximum operating range (usually 0.8 times the operating height).
Lifting Specifications: Each lift should be ≤ 1 meter, with an interval of ≥ 5 seconds. The load must be evenly distributed (500-1200 kg).
Retracting and Resetting the Vehicle
Retract the vehicle in the order of platform, telescopic boom, swivel mechanism, and outriggers. Idle for 3 minutes to cool down before turning off the power take-off.
II. Maintenance Points
Daily Maintenance
Clean the vehicle body and walkway for oil stains. Check for hydraulic oil leaks and the integrity of the operating signs.
Replace the hydraulic oil filter monthly and inspect key bolts (such as the 16 connection points on the turntable and slewing bearing).

Hydraulic System:
Use 46-grade oil for high temperatures and 32-grade oil for low temperatures. The oil residue rate should be less than 3%.
If the oil temperature is continuously above 45°C, check for filter blockage. Safety Devices: Test emergency stop response weekly (≤0.5 seconds) and calibrate the torque limiter monthly (±3% accuracy).
Seasonal Adjustments
Winter: Preheat the hydraulic system for 15 minutes and use -25°C antifreeze.
Summer: Reduce tire pressure by 10% and clean the cooling system more frequently.
Precautions: Operators must hold a special equipment operating permit. Overloading the platform or forcibly extending the boom is prohibited during operation. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and lubricate exposed metal parts during long-term storage.
