» Ⅳ. How it works:
The Isuzu 5cbm sludge vacuum pump tanker truck efficiently removes manure and sewage using vacuum suction technology. During operation, the Yifeng SK-6 water ring vacuum pump is activated, rotating at 970 rpm to create a negative pressure of -0.092 MPa within the tank. The operator inserts the telescopic suction hose at the top into the septic tank. Propelled by atmospheric pressure, manure and sewage are drawn into the tank through the hose. At a suction rate of 6 cubic meters per minute, a 5-cubic-meter tank can be filled in 3-5 minutes. To discharge, the large-diameter valve at the rear is opened, allowing for rapid emptying by gravity or vacuum pump pressure, taking only 3 minutes. The entire vehicle, through the coordinated operation of the vacuum pump, sealed tank, and piping system, achieves efficient and environmentally friendly operation throughout the entire "suction-transport-discharge" process.
