Adopts an Isuzu FTR chassis with a 4500mm wheelbase and a gross vehicle weight of 18 tons. Power comes from an original Isuzu 4HK1-TCG62 diesel engine producing 225 horsepower, paired with a Fast 8-speed manual transmission.
▶ Upper Structure:
• Material and Structure:The upper structure is a 12 cubic meter carbon steel oil tank with an elliptical cross-section, resulting in a low center of gravity and good driving stability. The tank body and end caps are made of high-quality Q235B carbon steel with a 5mm wall thickness and are treated for corrosion and rust prevention.
• Compartments and Internal Structure: The main body is made of 4mm thick T420 high-strength, wear-resistant special steel plate, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.
The top of the tank corresponds to the three independent compartments, each equipped with a European standard manhole cover and a built-in breather valve for pressure relief. This automatically balances the positive and negative air pressure inside the tank, effectively preventing tank collapse, expansion, and excessive oil and gas pressure. This ensures safe and stable loading and unloading, while also facilitating daily maintenance and internal cleaning.
• Rear Loading Mechanism: Standard configuration includes a tail-end bin-tipping assembly, capable of simultaneously tilting two 240L standard garbage bins or one 1100L large garbage bin. The tilting action is smooth, the bins are securely locked, and the entire process of lifting, tilting, unloading, and resetting the garbage bins is completed automatically.
• Sewage Collection System: A dual sewage tank structure with the tank at the front and the loader at the rear, completely collecting leachate from the garbage. Equipped with a drain ball valve, the system ensures leak-free operation and prevents secondary pollution to the road surface.
The tank bottom is equipped with three aluminum alloy emergency shut-off valves, which are corrosion-resistant, have strong sealing properties, and are not prone to leakage. Each valve has an independent control switch, allowing individual control of the oil circuit in each compartment. In the event of a vehicle collision, accidental breakage, or high-temperature fire, the valves automatically shut off the oil circuit, completely preventing oil leakage and significantly improving driving safety, fully complying with safety standards for hazardous chemical vehicles.
Each compartment has three independent drain valves at its lowest point, allowing for separate discharge of water, oil, and sediment from each compartment. These valves allow for individual cleaning, emptying, and maintenance without requiring the entire tank to be emptied. Daily maintenance is simple and convenient, effectively extending the tank's lifespan and keeping the oil clean and free of impurities.
The manhole cover is also equipped with an overflow prevention probe that automatically alarms when the oil level reaches the warning limit during filling, preventing oil spillage.
▶ Accessories：
A toolbox on the left side provides convenient storage for tools, spare parts, and repair materials; a ladder at the rear of the tank facilitates personnel access to the top; the tank top is equipped with a foldable safety handrail, ensuring safe, stable, and non-slip operation, and can be folded away when not in use, conforming to width and height limits.
A fire extinguisher is provided to meet the safety requirements for hazardous chemical vehicles on the road; storage tanks on both sides of the tank can accommodate oil hoses, etc.
