• Aluminum alloy pneumatic bottom valves (5): DN80, pneumatically controlled, easy and quick to operate, and excellent sealing.
• 4-inch API drain valve: Conveniently and thoroughly removes residue and water from the tank bottom, ensuring oil purity.
Pumping System:
• 80-60 Carbon Steel Gear Oil Pump: Equipped with a renowned Chinese brand 80-60 carbon steel gear oil pump, the tank boasts a displacement of 60 m³/h. This pump is highly efficient, wear-resistant, and durable, ensuring fast loading and unloading operations.
• Flow Meter: A turbine-type digital flow meter with an accuracy of ±0.5% displays both accumulated and instantaneous flow.
Safety Devices:
• Overfill Valve: During filling, an alarm automatically sounds and shuts off the oil line when the oil level reaches a set height, preventing overfilling and overflow.
• Vapor Recovery System: Recovers volatilized oil vapors during loading and unloading, reducing environmental pollution, improving operational safety, and complying with environmental regulations.
