Isuzu FTR 10 cbm joint dredging vehicle has the chassis of Isuzu FTR GIGA 4X one and half row cab, 4500mm wheelbase, equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TC60 205 horsepower Euro VI diesel engine, 647N.m torque, Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox. The upper struckture is equipped with an 8 cbm sewage tank and a 2 cbm cleaning water tank, which correspond to SK-15 Yifeng water circulation vacuum pump and SYLT/SY90-56 high-pressure cleaning pump respectively. The vehicle tailgate is equipped with a high-pressure cleaning reel, sewage input and output, an operation box on the left side of the lower tail, and a tool box on the right side.

The front axle adopts a high-strength I-beam structure, and the rear axle is a single-stage reduction axle with a load capacity of 11.5 tons, matched with a multi-leaf spring suspension, which is suitable for heavy-load conditions.

High-pressure cleaning module
● Clean water tank: 2 cubic meters of high-quality carbon steel;
● High-pressure pump: SYLT/SY90-56 three-piston pump, pressure 16-20MPa, flow 56L/min, adjustable nozzle to adapt to different degrees of blockage;
● Reel system: 30 meters of high-pressure hose (pressure resistance 25MPa) integrated at the tail, reel with self-rebound function, operating radius covers 30 meters.
Auxiliary functions
● Operation box: configured on the left side of the tail, including vacuum pump tachometer, pressure gauge, Alarm-oil, Alarm-Pressure, Hour meter of vacuum pump, Electric water pump on/off switch, Operation lights on/off switch and other buttons.
● Tool box: The right side is a tool box, which can store maintenance tools, pipe joints, spare seals and other accessories;
● Safety design: an explosion-proof valve is installed on the top of the tank, the suction pipe is equipped with an anti-back-suction device as standard, and the circuit meets the IP54 waterproof level.
