Isuzu FTR 10cbm combined dredging vehicle is modified on the basis of Isuzu's new FTR 4X chassis, with a wheelbase of 4500mmz, equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 engine, Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox, and vehicle dimensions of 8540 x 2500 x 3200mm. The upper tank body is composed of 8 cubic meter suction tank and 2 cubic meter clean water tank, made of carbon steel, equipped with Italy HPP High pressure water pump and 2BE-204 Vacuum pump, respectively controlled by two power take-offs, the vehicle is equipped with a ladder, a secondary filter, a reel and a discharge valve, and the operation is controlled by two control boxes.

● Modified based on Isuzu's new FTR 4X chassis, with a wheelbase of 4500mm, taking into account the passability of narrow urban roads and operational stability.
● Equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 engine (inline four-cylinder, turbocharged), with a maximum power of 205 horsepower and a torque of 647N·m, it has strong power and excellent fuel economy; matched with Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox, the gear shifting is smooth and can adapt to complex working conditions.

● The size is 8540×2500×3200mm, which can flexibly shuttle on municipal roads; the upper tank adopts an 8-cubic-meter suction tank + 2-cubic-meter clean water tank split structure, and the carbon steel material is treated with anti-corrosion, which has strong corrosion resistance and extends the service life.

2. Working principle
①. Sewage suction process
Start the vacuum pump (2BE-204), drive the pump body to rotate through the power take-off, form negative pressure in the tank, and suck sewage/dirt into the suction tank through the suction pipe; the secondary filter intercepts large particles of impurities to prevent clogging.
②. Flushing process
The high-pressure water pump (Italy HPP) extracts liquid from the clean water tank and sprays it out through the reel high-pressure water gun. The pressure can reach the standard requirements of the operation, and the inner wall of the pipeline or the blockage is strongly flushed.
③. Combined operation mode
Select "suction first and then flush" or "simultaneous operation" according to the working conditions, for example: flush the pipeline residue after suction, or dilute the high-concentration dirt while suctioning to improve the cleaning effect.
