Isuzu FTR 10 cbm hydro jet drain cleaning truck
The Isuzu FTR 10cbm combined dredging vehicle is based on the Isuzu FTR GIGA 4X one and half row cab with a 4500mm wheelbase. Equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 205-horsepower Euro VI diesel engine with 647N.m of torque and an Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox. The upper body is equipped with an 8cbm sewage tank and a 2cbm cleaning water tank, which correspond to the SK-15 water ring vacuum pump and SYLT/SY90-56 high-pressure cleaning pump respectively. The vehicle tailgate is equipped with a high-pressure cleaning reel, sewage input and output, and an operation box on the right side of the tailgate. A drive side manual hydraulic valve, a secondary filter and a hydraulic oil tank.

Chassis configuration

• Engine: Isuzu 4HK1-TC60, 205 horsepower, 647 Nm of peak torque at 1600 rpm. This powerful engine provides strong traction and operational power reserve, excelling in complex working conditions.

Upper body
The upper body consists of two main components: the suction system and the high-pressure cleaning system, which function independently yet operate in tandem.
1. Tank System:
o Suction Tank: 8 cubic meters in capacity, made of high-quality carbon steel, used to store extracted sewage and sludge.
o Cleaning Water Tank: 2 cubic meters in capacity, provides water for the high-pressure cleaning pump.
2. Suction System:
o Vacuum Pump: SK-15 water ring vacuum pump - Features fast suction speed and high vacuum, effectively extracting various viscous sludge, gravel, and other foreign matter. It is corrosion-resistant, tolerates a small amount of water vapor, and operates reliably.
o Sewage Discharge: The rear cover can be hydraulically opened, allowing the tank to be lifted and unloaded for thorough and efficient drainage; alternatively, sewage can be discharged through the tailgate.
o Filtration System: Equipped with a two-stage filter, it effectively separates moisture and impurities from the drawn air, protecting the vacuum pump and extending its service life.
3. High-Pressure Cleaning System:
o High-Pressure cleaning Pump: SYLT/SY90-56 high-pressure plunger pump - Providing an operating pressure of 16-20 MPa, the powerful water flow thoroughly removes and removes grease, dirt, and clogged objects from pipe walls.
o Operation: A high-pressure cleaning reel with an integrated high-pressure water gun is installed at the rear of the vehicle, providing flexible and convenient operation and a wide operating range.
4. Hydraulic and Operating System:
o Hydraulic System: Provides power for the vacuum pump, power take-off, tank lift, and other systems.
o Control: A manual valve is located on the cab side, and an operating box is located on the lower right side of the rear of the vehicle to control the opening and closing of the tailgate and the raising and lowering of the tank. Equipped with a pressure gauge, it provides simple and intuitive operation.
o Hydraulic Oil Tank: A dedicated hydraulic oil tank ensures continuous and stable operation of the hydraulic system and good heat dissipation.
