The work vehicle can achieve a platform load of 200kg, a maximum working height of 45m, and a maximum working range of 27m. The arm's variable angle range is -18°~80°, and the working platform is hydraulically automatically leveled.

The vehicle is built on the strong foundation of the Isuzu FTR GIGA 4X chassis. The 5000mm wheelbase provides excellent stability and handling, making it ideal for working in a variety of terrains and conditions. Under the hood, the powerful 4HK1 diesel engine ensures smooth and efficient performance, providing the torque and power required to handle the most demanding tasks. Matching the Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox, the gear shifting is smooth.
The tail working platform is made of stainless steel, with dimensions of 1600*700*1000mm (optional 2-meter folding work basket), providing ample space for the operator and his tools. This durable material ensures that the platform will not rust even in harsh environments.
The seven-section hexagonal telescopic boom of the aerial work platform truck is a miracle of engineering. It adopts synchronous telescopic operation, the boom adopts high-strength steel plate, hexagonal bending design and processing technology, and different booms have different bending numbers, ensuring that the boom has less deformation, high strength, good operation stability and high safety.
Safety is the top priority for aerial work, and the Russian Isuzu 45-meter forklift will not disappoint. It is equipped with a complete set of safety devices, including load sensors, cylinder anti-retraction devices, outrigger anti-retraction devices, on-board and off-board interlocking devices, emergency stop devices, soft leg protection devices, extreme deceleration, emergency manual operation and other safety protection systems. These functions work together to ensure that the platform operates within the safety parameters and protect the operator and equipment.
The vehicle has three operation modes, including wireless remote control technology, turntable operation at the slewing mechanism, and ground control box operation, which provides flexibility and convenience for operation.
(1) Wireless remote control technology ensures that the operator can operate flexibly and conveniently in a narrow working environment, eliminates blind spots, and has a better working field. In addition, it avoids the operator from enduring severe cold and hot weather and can choose a suitable location to complete the operation; all main action operations can be completed with one hand.
(2) The slewing mechanism turntable operation is equipped with a seat and foot pedal that rotates with the turntable, making the operator more comfortable to operate and reducing the fatigue of the operator after long-term work.
The color matching of the turntable control box interface conforms to the human visual sense, reduces visual fatigue, and improves safety and comfort. The operation interface combines graphics and text, which is simple and easy to understand, reduces misoperation, and improves safety and comfort.
(3) The height of the off-board operation box is in line with the operator's operating height habits. The operation box is equipped with a level gauge, and the operation signs are simple and clear.
