The filler lifting mechanism integrates a hydraulic locking device, which is stable and reliable. A pneumatic sealing cover is provided at the tail to effectively prevent odor leakage and protect the environment.
4. Operation process and operating specifications
• Preparation before operation: Check the safety of the surrounding environment of the vehicle, start the vehicle, and switch to loading mode after the air pressure reaches the specified value.
• Loading garbage: Pour the garbage into the garbage bucket, and complete the garbage loading by operating the scraper to expand, the slide plate to descend, the scraper to close, and the slide plate to ascend.
• Unloading garbage: Switch the working mode to the unloading mode, lift the filler through the control system, push out the push shovel, and complete the garbage unloading. After cleaning the garbage in the filler, the filler is lowered and locked.
