▶ Garbage Container:
• Container Volume: 10m³ compression volume. The container features a streamlined, one-piece curved design, reducing garbage buildup and improving unloading smoothness, resulting in higher space utilization.
• Container Material: The main body is made of 4mm thick T420 high-strength, wear-resistant special steel plate, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.
• Compression Performance: The entire compression mechanism has a compression ratio ≥1:3.4, resulting in high garbage compaction density, large single-load capacity, reduced frequency of round-trip transfers, and improved sanitation operation efficiency.
• Rear Loading Mechanism: Standard configuration includes a tail-end bin-tipping assembly, capable of simultaneously tilting two 240L standard garbage bins or one 1100L large garbage bin. The tilting action is smooth, the bins are securely locked, and the entire process of lifting, tilting, unloading, and resetting the garbage bins is completed automatically.
• Sewage Collection System: A dual sewage tank structure with the tank at the front and the loader at the rear, completely collecting leachate from the garbage. Equipped with a drain ball valve, the system ensures leak-free operation and prevents secondary pollution to the road surface.
