Filling steps of the compression garbage truck:
Scraper preparation: When the filling hopper is full of garbage, the scraper opens and is ready to be inserted into the loose garbage.
Preliminary compression: The slide plate drives the scraper to move downward together, inserting into the garbage for crushing and initial compression.
Further compaction: The scraper rotates forward to further compact the garbage.
Garbage filling: After the scraper is in place, it moves upward with the slide plate, compacts the garbage into the garbage bin, and returns to the starting position. During the continuous compression and filling of garbage, the push shovel overcomes the back pressure under the action of the extrusion force and gradually retreats, so that the garbage fills the entire garbage bin evenly.
Closed garbage bin: After the garbage truck is full of garbage, the garbage bin is completely closed and will not pollute the environment during transportation.
Unloading garbage: When the garbage truck unloads garbage at the treatment (or landfill) site, first lift the filler, open the rear end of the garbage bin, and the push shovel originally parked at the front end of the garbage bin moves backward, and pushes the garbage out of the garbage bin in the horizontal direction.


Operation control methods:
★ Electrical control box in the cab:
Tailgate lifting/cleaning: Press the corresponding button, and the tailgate will automatically rise or fall for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Loading mode: Press this button to switch to loading mode, which can control the loading operation button at the rear of the vehicle to perform loading operations, and interlock with "unloading".
Unloading mode: Press this button to switch to unloading mode, which can control the unloading operation button inside the cab to perform unloading operations, and the loading operation cannot work at the same time, which is interlocked with "loading".
Shovel: Operate this button in the "unloading" mode to control the extension and retraction of the shovel.
Advantages: Provides a centralized, ergonomic control point for the driver, allowing easy and safe operation without leaving the cab.

★ Manual hydraulic lever on the driver's side:
Tailgate lift: Manually control the raising and lowering of the tailgate by pulling or pushing the operating lever.
Shovel: Also manually control the extension and retraction of the dozer blade through the operating lever.
Advantages: Some basic operations can be performed on the tailgate and dozer blade on the ground.

★ Electric control box on the left side of the tailgate:
Single/Continuous cycle: Select single execution or continuous execution of a series as needed Operation.
Scraper Open/Close: Control the opening and closing of the scraper to better scrape and compress the garbage.
Slide Plate Down/Up: Control the slide plate to slide along the inside of the garbage truck to assist in loading the garbage.
Automatic/Manual Mode: In automatic mode, the vehicle will automatically perform operations according to the preset program; in manual mode, the driver needs to manually control various functions.
Flipping Mechanism Flip: Used to flip the hanging bucket on the flipping mechanism to tilt the garbage into the filler.
Advantages: Specific operations can be performed directly at the rear of the truck, which is very useful in precise waste handling tasks.

★ Manual operating lever on the right side of the tailgate:
Rolling Over: Manually control the flipping action of the flipping mechanism at the rear of the garbage truck through the operating lever.
Sliding Plate: Manually control the movement of the slide plate to assist in loading the garbage.
Scraper: Manually control the opening and closing of the scraper for better handling of the garbage.
Advantages: Provides direct manual control of key functions, ensuring reliability and flexibility in various operating scenarios, especially in the event of electrical system failure.
