Isuzu GIGA 8X4 12 cbm vacuum cleaner truck, it is modified on the basis of Isuzu GIGA 8X4 chassis, with a half-row cab, a total mass of 31 tons, a wheelbase of 1850+3000+1370mm, equipped with Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 engine, Fast 12-speed gearbox, the front of the upper body is a sub-engine, the middle of the rear is a fully hot dipped galvanised 10 cbm sewage tank, and both sides are 2cbm PP cleaning water tanks. The top of the sewage tank is equipped with a suction arm, Hydrant fill point for water tanks and top opening for fill, a tool box on the lower side of the clean water tank, a liquid level pipe at the tail, a high-pressure cleaning reel, a sewage pipe reel on the tail door of the sewage tank, and a discharge valve. The vehicle is equipped with a PINFL/MGS50 high-pressure cleaning pump and a JUROP PVT400 vacuum pump, driven by a auxiliary engine.

The upper body adopts a modular design, with a sub-engine drive system in the front, a 10 cubic meter hot-dip galvanized suction tank in the middle, and 2 cubic meter PP clean water tanks on both sides. The vehicle is equipped with a PINFL/MGS50 high-pressure cleaning pump (pressure 25MPa) and a JUROP PVT400 vacuum pump (vacuum degree 27.8hg), which can clean and suck sewage synchronously with high efficiency. The vehicle integrates modules such as suction arm, reel, liquid level pipe, tool box, etc., with intelligent operation, and the tailgate hydraulic lock and wave-breaking board design improve safety.

Chassis and power configuration
1. Chassis: Isuzu GIGA 8×4 drive chassis, half-row cab, total mass 31 tons, wheelbase 1850+3000+1370mm.
2. Engine: Original Isuzu 6UZ1-TCG61 380 horsepower diesel engine, powerful and in line with the National VI emission standards.

Upper structure
• Tank layout:
◇ Front: Auxiliary engine compartment (drives high-pressure pump and vacuum pump).
◇ Suction tank: A 10cbm fully hot-dip galvanised tank is arranged in the middle of the rear, which has strong corrosion resistance and extends the service life by more than 30%.
◇ Cleaning water tank: 2cbm PP clean water tanks are arranged symmetrically on both sides. The lightweight design reduces the center of gravity of the vehicle and improves driving safety.
• Functional modules:
◇ The top of the sewage tank is equipped with a retractable suction arm, which supports 360° rotation and an operating radius of 8 meters;
◇ The clean water tank is equipped with a hydrant fill point and a double water injection method with a top opening to improve water replenishment efficiency;
◇ The tail is integrated with a liquid level pipe, a high-pressure cleaning reel (with a 30-meter high-pressure hose), a sewage pipe reel and a discharge valve to achieve an integrated "sewage suction-cleaning-discharge" operation.
Core pump group
• High-pressure cleaning pump: PINFL/MGS50 three-cylinder plunger pump, flow rate 387L/min, pressure 25MPa, driven independently by the auxiliary engine to avoid load interference from the main engine.
• Vacuum pump: JUROP PVT400 two-stage rotary vane pump, pumping speed 2600 m³/h, fast suction of high-viscosity media such as sludge and stones.
